I have just changed my horse insurance over to Harry Hall (late July although not sure of the exact date) and I am really impressed with the price and the excellent service. Help is only a phone call away and the lady I spoke to was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Called to renew my public liability insurance and the call handler was extremely friendly, helpful and sorted everything within 15 minutes. There was no holding time either.

Poor customer service coupled with a returns policy that doesn't meet the minimum UK legal requirement.

For any other customers in the same position; you are legally entitled to a full refund INCLUDING original shipping amount. Just make sure to notify Harry Hall within 14 days of delivery and return goods within a further 14 days, quoting Consumer Contract Regulations 2013.

Harry Hall try their best to refuse this and seem happy to try and scam their own customers.

Just become insured with Harry Hall for unaffiliated riding. Their team were very easy to contact and the support provided was so helpful. Even the price of my insurance was super affordable including fracture cover.

I began ordering from Harry Hall in November 2023 and they have quickly become my go to online retailer for horsey things. I’ve ordered rugs, exercise sheets, hi-vis, tack pieces, riding jackets and boots from them. Every order has arrived quick and everything has been great quality! I had a problem that I needed help with (cause by me) and they were so quick to reply and so kind. I’ve become a big fan in such a short space of time as all products have been fab! Thank you HH!

This company is on point great smashing marvellous outstanding in every single I've already recommended to a lot of my horse riding buddies and believe they are about to start using this company as their go to place.

I bought wellies for my partner. He wore them out into the tarmacked lane outside the house, and they immediately split straight down and two holes appeared. Harry Hill claim it was external force, but if you read reviews on Amazon and here you'll see lots of notes about neoprene splitting, wearing through within months, soles falling off etc. Do NOT buy. Not worth the money.

Just bought Denton long country boots and they are fab. So comfy and I have chunky calves and the wide boots are the first boot Iv bought that actually fit. I havnt taken them off and love them so much. Delivery was fast and price was excellent

I was pleased to learn I'd get a free gift after taking out insurance. On looking at the gifts I was excited to see riding gloves as I could do with a new pair. However, there were only a few sizes available, mostly extra small and extra large. There were no small sizes available. Another gift option was a lead rope, in limited colours. Nice, but I didn't need one, and the colours didn't match any of my headcollars. I plumped for the free sample pack which contained a tape measure (I didn't need one), some sample Hilton Herbs lotions and some Hilton Herbs horse treats. I thought 'at least my horse gets a packet of healthy treats'. I was therefore a little disappointed to receive the gift. There must have been 5 treats in the pack and the sample sizes were small/single use! I would have been really pleased with some gloves and would have very much appreciated the free gift offer. Whilst I accept that it was a nice gesture from Harry Hall, I was not expecting to find the gift choices so limited.

I ordered a dog coat which was too big. Tried it on my labrador didn’t fit so put it straight back in original packaging with tags still on. because it had some white dog hairs on it they refused to refund me. Very very disappointed as it was literally put on my dogs back for 20 seconds! Previous to this i orderd from regatta. that particular coat fit but was poor quality and even after taking my dog out on it, they fully refunded me! would not use garry hall again
