Failure
Three sofas later, and they still couldn't get our order right. We placed the order in December 2025, and by July it still hadn't been delivered correctly or in a condition that should have been acceptable for sale.
The first two sofas arrived in the wrong colour. The third arrived with blue pen marks and stains, despite us being told it was brand new.
I would avoid Harvey Norman based on our experience. We purchased from the Carrickmines store and won't be buying from them again. Although we eventually received a refund, we had to chase it ourselves every step of the way. Overall, the level of customer service and quality control was extremely disappointing.

Hi Aaron,
We are truly sorry to hear about the extremely disappointing experience you had with your sofa order. We understand your frustration with the repeated issues regarding incorrect colours and the condition of the third sofa, especially after waiting for so long. We also regret that you had to chase the refund yourself. Your feedback on our customer service and quality control is very concerning, and we appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. If we can assist you further, please email the details to our customer support team at customer@support.harveynorman.ie
