I ordered a TV online and was impressed by how smooth the entire process was. After placing the order, I arrived at the store and within just a few minutes, an associate brought the TV directly out to my car in the parking lot and loaded it for me. The pickup was fast, convenient, and hassle-free. Great service and an excellent overall experience.

The staff are exceptional in Harvey Norman, Galway. I have bought something in every department and have always received 5star service. A special 7 star service to those who work in the computer and mobile phone department. A 10 out of 10 to the staff in lovetech, they are amazing and have to deal with the unforgiving public!

My bed was fantastic. Arrived on agreed time. But, I'm afraid to say the younger of the 2 men was very confontational. He was not happy that the bed was in the bedroom. I explained that I was home alone. Kevin the manager said there shouldn't be a problem.He asked whick Kevin it was.I said I don't know, It was a phone call. He said Its on the web site about the bed. I said I haven't read it. He made a phone call, n said that headboard has to come off. I said no that's my head board , it stays there on the wall.He said that the base has to be dismantled, I said it's a clip that has to b realised. The other gentleman never engaged. I signed paper work for any damages. N said we will be careful not to damage anything. So, off they went . Took any rubbish with them. On inspecting the bed I was surprised the lead n plug were left on the side wall, with no socket. So , I had to call a nieghbour to move the bed n slide the lead to the other side of the bed where the socket is. An oversite, that should have been spotted. Ive worked in retail for 47yrs. We were trained to understand people's hidden disabilities. Just because you dont seeing does not mean you dont have a disabilityq. My new bed was 2. 500 e. I saved long n hard for this purchase, to help me be more independent for the future. I Would be very reluctant to buy from Harvey Norman again. It's very disappointing,after all the great work from the sa l es l any. To Kevin trying to resolve a problem. Not all disabilities are visible. Thankyou

The team was great in letting us pay off the mattress over a few weeks. We got some excellent discounts too on a top of the range mattress.
And excellent delivery that was flexible with arriving our remote location when there would be somebody there to sign. Friendly driver who called us well in advance.

Ordered a rug online.Kept up to date on transportation. Extremely happy with the item I ordered and prompt delivery. Thank you.

Muriel on the shop floor was excellent and her advice was exceptional, she had lovely mannerism with staff and customers alike.

I ordered a dining table from Harvey Norman last January.
I received the table at the end of March and it was badly damaged on delivery.
Now into June and no replacement.

After ordering online, had the product delivered within 2 days, excellent

2 very nice friendly guys and we're very careful moving the large item in a tight space aware of all household furniture

This not the first time least star given by me, on my house warming we ordered many furniture from them, don’t come on time in fact came after sever days on commenced day, not all things came the date of house warming though I ordered 7 days ahead from that , came my first page of invoice on the same day, rest I have to make series of calls to get other product came after several days , after that few days came few things in the same invoice, then I have to make several calls to get rest things, not finished the rest of same invoice have to go same, call them begging for my rest of the things in same invoice then they delivered rest of things , after making many calls and begging.
Still not finished I have other order in same date different invoice suppose to deliver in same date of previous invoice, they made 3 times given date for delivery I am waited for the same, as usual nothing happen from 19th of May to 2nd April, April 2nd was the 3rd attempt of delivery, imagine the truck came to my home and said they don’t have my things.
Can anyone tell me what happens here, it’s been not once , but several times. Plus have to find time to call them for single product, please find some value for the time and money for the customer, and be responsible.

Kevin (a dept assistant manager I think) in your Galway store went above and beyond for me and my Dad yesterday, his customer service and professionalism were second to none, and he was so pleasant to deal with

Staff were fairly pleasant but disinterested, disorganised, and uninformed. They didn't know what statutory warranty I was entitled to but they were very keen to upsell me on an 'extended warranty' which I'm sure they would receive commission for. Wasn't even offered a paper bag to carry my purchase.

The delivery was good, the quality and variety of the products was great. I wished there was an estimated delivery date when I ordered

Incompetent service as usual.
Ordered six smart bulbs online for store collection next day.
Items showing as in stock and confirmation email received. Call from the store later next day to say they only had three in store 🤷‍♂️ no apology or credible resolution offered - couldn’t advise on when the remaining three bulbs would arrive. And these brick and mortar stores wonder why they lose out to online retail?
