I visited the Naas shop to buy a cable to connect a hard disk to my Ipad. I would have got the wrong product if I hadn't encountered Luke who was hugely informative and helpful. I'll be looking for Luke in future visits

Myself and my mam got photos printed in Harvey Norman Naas with Ben over the weekend he was so friendly and helpful. He even helped us print a personal message for my aunts 80th birthday frame. When I was in the Naas Harvey Norman store a few days ago, I was met by friendliness, impeccable manners and helpfulness. This all resulted in me having a very positive experience which will definitely bring me back to this shop in the future. This experience was down to a young attendant named Ben. We bought a King Koil | Jubilee Motion…
We bought a King Koil | Jubilee Motion Mattress | King | 5ft,6 weeks ago and we are absolutely broke up I’ve never experienced so much back pain in my life,I went back a week later and they told me to give it time to settle so I did I went back again a few time and they won’t exchange it as they don’t take mattresses back,so now we are left with a €1600 mattress that’s killing us..I’ve always bought from Harvey Norman’s Naas but I’m sorry the sales haven’t a clue about mattress it’s absolutely shocking service.
I’d highly advise anyone buying a mattress from them not to do so because if it doesn’t suit you, don’t get any help and they don’t take them back!!
