Large fridge delivered yesterday. We measured fridge instore and our kitchen door but did not take into consideration the box. The delivery guys were brilliant they got it in perfect making sure nothing was damaged. Just really brilliant and very professional and friendly. Thanks Again.

Harvey Norman can’t keep online stocks. I have bought golden colour Xiaomi phone. It was in stock when I am buying online. They have called me 2 days later and said that we don’t have that colour, we only have black. I have accepted desperately, because it was a time sensitive gift.

I recently purchased mattresses from Harvey Norman in Tallaght and I dealt with the floor manager Ben. He was unbelievable, answered all our questions and helped us to find the perfect mattresses for us. His help didn’t go unrecognised, he was the best worker I’ve dealt with. Everything went smoothly. Very happy.

Update** harvey Norman replied and are preventing this from happening in future, so I won't be getting my refund then.

I brought a pair of air pods online and I was meant to collect them. I saw a cheaper pair on Amazon so I purchased those and cancelled the Harvey Norman ones. James moore the online customer service rep informed me it was cancelled and a member from Tallaght team will be in contact. No one contacted me. I was charged 200e and never refunded. I have sent numerous emails and get fobbed off by the tallaght store. I guess I'm supposed to let them take my money for nothing
I frequently order from there, I got a washing machine delivered and installed, the guys doing that broke my cabinet door, said nothing and left. I didn't complain at the time as accidents happen but this time they have taken my money for nothing and won't respond to any emails or engage through the phone
Completely unacceptable behaviour, I gave it time but I will pursue this further

I returned my vacuum to the Harvey Norman Tallaght store on 15 July and, more than a week later, I am still waiting for my €899 refund

The purchase was paid €599 through Humm finance and €300 by credit card. My Humm finance agreement was fully paid off and closed last year.

Harvey Norman repeatedly insisted that the €599 refund had to be sent back to Humm because it was the original payment method. However, after contacting Humm directly, I was told that this is not possible because my finance agreement no longer exists. They advised me that the retailer must resolve the refund.

It is simply common sense that when a finance agreement has been fully settled and closed, the refund for a returned product should come from the retailer, not from Humm. Once the finance agreement was settled, Harvey Norman received payment for the goods. I should not be left without my refund because of an issue between Harvey Norman and Humm. Or maybe a common sense is not a common sense anymore?

The remaining €300, which I paid by credit card, has also not been refunded. I was told to return to the store again, even though I had already been there and was never asked to present my card. I should not have to make repeated trips because of an internal administrative issue.

What disappointed me most was the attitude of the staff. Instead of listening to my explanation and trying to help, they were dismissive, defensive, and unwilling to consider the facts of my case. Rather than taking ownership of the issue, I was simply told the same thing repeatedly.

After more than a week, I am still waiting for my refund. This is not the level of customer service I expected from Harvey Norman, and I sincerely hope they improve the way they handle refund disputes and treat their customers.

The staff at the tallaght store are rude and unhelpful can’t help with get what you need and have a face can’t believe they are still in tallaght

Not having to wait wondering what time delivery would come.Having a phone call with almost precise time is great and very pleasant delivery guys too

We visited the flagship Harvey Norman store in Tallaght to purchase 2 beds, and were looked after by Taavi in the bedding department. Taavi is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant to deal with, and really took the time to understand our needs before helping us get the best solutions to meet our needs. Would highly recommend Taavi and the flagship Harvey Norman store to anyone considering purchasing a new bed.

Everything started well. Ordered online and within a few hours I was able to collect my order. It was in a bag and signed for it. One of the items was a protective case for the new phone. This was on Tuesday. I got home and later realised my case was not in the bag but a different item. Unfortunately at the time I realised the store was closed. I am not using the phone without a case but can't get back to the store till Sunday. Very frustrated and annoyed

Great experience with HN. Bought a huge wardrobe. I was a little worried about getting it up the stairs but the guys were on time, delivered everything as ordered, made it up in the room and all looks amazing. Very respectful guys, very tidy and a very happy customer
