Very Easy to buy online & collect from store! Ordered an item around 9pm and they emailed around the afternoon on the next day which is great.

On time delivery, swift removal of old mattress and installation of new one. Excellent and Courteous service. In and out in four minutes!! Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Brilliant communication on time of delivery. Everything was made as easy as possible with the customer in mind. Great in store service too.

So far I have had a really good experience with Harvey Norman and have to say I am very impressed.

I went to Harvey Norman to replace my tumble dryer after having a really good experience with the sales woman when replacing a TV.
I have to say, I had a much better level of service and experience at Harvey Norman than at another electrical store in Dublin (I’m not going to mention names).

Very nice delivery guys. Friendly efficient and on time.

Very good service with click and collect ready in less than 2 hours. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the shop is very tidy and clean.
The only thing I would suggest is the offer of a trolley for larger items or for the staff to help you carry them. I bought a 50" TV and it was awkward to drag and carry to the car as the electronic section is the furthest away from the front door.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my visit to your Tallaght store today. I visited with the intention of purchasing a stove, but I was unable to get any assistance.
When I asked a member of staff for help, I was told it wasn't her department and was instructed to find another specific staff member myself rather than being assisted or having a colleague called over. After waiting a further 10 minutes with no help in sight, I left the store.
This is unfortunately the second time I have experienced this lack of engagement in your store. As a customer ready to make a high-value purchase, I find this level of service very disappointing. I hope you can address this with your floor team to ensure others don't have the same experience."

Very efficient from booking the delivery to delivery. Delivery team all very courteous and professional, completed the delivery and assembly with care.

Only when the delivery guys came in, they told me 2 items in the order are out of stock and 1 item is a small appliance and needed to be picked up from the store. Why wasn't I told about this when booking or when I picked up other small appliances from the store? I booked all items and made advance payment in Nov 2025. 2 star is because the items that were delivered was installed correctly to my satisfaction.

Rang to let me know they were on the way. Arrived when they said. Really nice and job was super quick and clean. Very professional

Not a great start ant the beginning, after ordering a watch and received an empty box, but the department manager soon corrected the issue and sent me out a new one. Thank you.

Bought item online then got phone call out of stock. After much discussion I got my watch but without official strap

Was able to schedule delivery when it suited me. Professional and friendly delivery team with good advice on the product.

Part broken and then when replacement part came that was also broken. Still awaiting the remainder of my order which was meant to be here a week ago and now being told ill have to wait another 10 weeks

The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. The salesgirl was very friendly and professional. She converted size from metric to inches which was very helpful. The delivery guys were great. They arrived at the agreed time and put the product exactly where I wanted. Will definitely use this company for future purchases.

During the Stephen's Day Sale (26/12/25) I purchased a TV and a PS5 Digital Edition. There was also a promotion for this sale that I should have received an online voucher for 10 percent of the cost of my order. In January 2026 I received my PS5. I still have not received my TV or my online voucher after months of sending online queries and contacting Harvey Norman through their social media. On the 15th of February 2026 i received an email saying that a new shipment was created with my TV in the order (still no mention of my online voucher) but it has the same tracking number as the previous shipment (PS5) so when I try to track it, it says that it has already been delivered. Any time I have contacted Harvey Norman online they tell me that they are very sorry and that someone will contact me soon, today is the 3rd of April 2026 and I still have not been contacted. The only information I received was that their team in Tallaght processed the order and that were going to give me a call, that was on the 27th of January and I am still waiting.

The delivery was very professional. I got a call before to ask if the time suit and they arrived on time. There were complications with bringing the van to the doors but they went beyond that and went all around the building and managed to get it in through the walking pad ! My landing agency wouldnt let the barrier down but they found the way in to still deliver my recliner sofa ! Amazing service and great staff !
