A 10/10 experience
I got an iPhone 16e online from Harvey’s Norman Tralee and it was safely delivered to me , this is my fourth device I am getting from them .
Their customer service is top notch and I highly recommend them.
I will keep getting my devices and electronics from them .

Multiple efforts from Norman Harvey to deliver goods due to no reception at property. Thank you for the extra effort.
I did provide a different tel nr for delivery communication, but perhaps you can also provide a section for delivery instructions ( which you maybe have and I missed it) when purchasing online, for alternate communication method (whatsapp calls or emails for example).

Open Box.
Didn’t notice until I got it home. Purchased Shark vacuum cleaner box had already been opened so not sure if this was a returned item. There should be a discount on this item.
Everything was in the box and all worked.
But still there are doubts in my mind.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, ordered a click and collect only to travle 45mins to collect to be told I can have the item spoke to 3 members of staff utter shambles left without my item and now waiting 5 days for a refund over x mas disgrace do not bother go to curry’s insted
