Order (for a tech product) cancelled a few days after payment, supposedly “due to lack of available stock” - when on the same day they advertised it as “available” but at a (changed) much higher price, despite my order being made days before. Reneged on a valid order. Don’t believe their pricing or availability as it seems to me that they have no stock at all in reality but buy from suppliers only once you pay them and thus they seem at risk of supplier price changes post-order.

I have been ordering calendars from here every Christmas and occasionally some prints throughout the year. Every single time I’ve had issues with the outdated and laggy website. Whenever I want to design my calendar it deletes itself at least 3 times before actually letting me complete it. If I order prints that aren’t 6x4 or 5x7 they come out in horrible quality regardless of how high the quality of the actual photo is.
Typically they do deliver on time which is an upside and they have good sales.
In other words, please please please update your website as it is just so unnecessarily frustrating. Thanks

I ordered 4 photo blocks from Carrickmines and went to collect them (having had to ring as there’s no delivery info on the app). The quality was so bad. The sheets of paper had been attached to the blocks totally crooked - 2 had massive white borders at the top and none at the bottom, 1 was totally crooked. They were bought as gifts but just looked wonky and cheap. They were also gloss and I ordered matt (I was just told matt was out of stock). The 2 employees I dealt with were helpful, understanding and polite and I eventually got a full refund, but I wouldn’t recommend the product - it’s cheap and nasty and thrown together.

The machine crashed on us twice but the print quality in the end was good.

Fast service, easy to use on self services.

I do recommend going to get photos done here.

I ordered quite an expensive enlargement on matte photo paper.

It came back on a high lustre paper that showed all the reflections of the shop lights etc.

When I queried this, the response was, and I quote: "No, it isn't matte but this is the matte paper we are providing".

Last print I will get from here.

Quality of photos good. Say you have to delivers in 7-10 days. I ordered on the 9th and was printed on the 9. and collected and delivered today. I highly recommend as good quality and fast shipping.

I was having some difficulty and the lovely, polite Dylan explained everything and was very very helpful he is certainly an asset to your photo centre in the Tallaght store

As a hospitality & service veteran of 30 years, I had my best experience at Harvey Norman Swan hill. I purchased a printer few month ago and after using it for several times I had an issue with printing. I rang the computer department and spoke to SKY. The courtesy, knowledge & professional attitude was the best I have ever experienced. Every time I rang back within the same day and spoke to Sky (more than 5 times) the attitude and respond remained the same which was courteous, professional & beyond expectation. Sky also never gave up helping me until the issue was resolved. Mr Harvey, I am sure you are very wealthy as your real assets are team member like Sky. I highly recommend this store and their computer department. Ben

I got five 8x12 enlargements printed in store last weekend and the quality was dreadful. The photos were a lot darker and they had a brownish tinge on them. I was mortified when I handed them to a family member. The printers were obviously dirty and needed cleaning. The cost was 21 euro. I will never again use Harvey Norman's printing service.

Lauren in the photos centre botany is absolutely amazing. I have been served by her a few times now and every time she has been the most helpful person I have ever dealt with in retail. I hope the management recognise her for how good she is and I will be back again because of her service and will recommend her aswell. Thank you Lauren

Wish there was a ZERO star rating ! Read the small prints before even getting anything made. I order a printed mug for my colleague leaving work and thought I could collect the mug the next day ! Only to be told Sorry the printing is done in OZ and will arrive in 3-4 weeks !!! Too late..Had I known I would have done it in the shop in an hour or so ! No refund ! The lady in the shop however was very helpful and the management is well aware of the situation ( I wasnt the first one ! ) but obviously don't give a s.. .. bad Harvey !

Harvey Normans NZ - Really poor service. I ordered sticky prints. First time I went to collect the photo had a strong crease in it. The sticky prints are posted from Australia. They offered to replace them. Reprints arrived - I went in to collect. Imagine my disappointment to see creased envelope with dirty marks on the outside. Photos inside had creases also. How is this business not learning from their mistakes? I complained to the person at the counter. HN should have offered a full refund. Also as an aside I ordered 6x4 pics and all of them were washed out and too dark. Would never use this service for this kind of photo printing again.

Ordered a custom greeting card - poor quality, poor service

I ordered photos beginning of December 2022. They were ‘shipped’ on the 10th December & as it states on their website it would take ‘up to 10 business days’ I messaged them on business day 15 after still no photos to be told ‘you’ll receive them early January’ I messaged again yesterday (business day 22) asking where my photos are, only to be told that “you’ve put the wrong address in because google is taking me to a paddock” not sure why they are relying on google? If they had put my address in how I had in the initial order - they would arrive to my mailbox like the 100 other deliveries and mail I’ve received this year alone. I asked for a refund of my $50 order only to be given $27. Wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone. Expensive and a waste of time.

Ordered online with intention to pick up next day, rang the store to ask when it would be ready was advised it was a service that would take 7 days, which wasn't reflected when ordering or on invoice. Asked for refund which was refused. Terrible customer service and misleading.

These are delivered FLAT, with NO BASE and are the wrap around style held together with velcro. THIS IS NOT A DELUXE STUBBY HOLDER. It is a cheap style for which you pay $20 each. Not value for money.

The service was great. Fast and readily able to help and get the best result. The colours were not consistent so it took a few goes to get the closest match.
The lady was very keen to help and get a good result.

Was quick & easy to do online.
With Covid only took 3 weeks to be collected from our local store.
WOW! Were we amazed at the clarity, colour, quality & sheer size of our metal prints.
Everyone who has seen these have commented on how wonderful & life like they look.
Definitely ordering more.
