Should’ve read the reviews, I bought a bunch of 6x4 photos and some wall prints and they just got delivered. The packaging was a bit pathetic, barely any cardboard or cover to keep the prints secure, by the looks of the packaging, it looks like it’s been run over 😂. Some prints have come creased, but most look alright. Honestly just go with vista print, based on delivery packaging alone.

Still having problems with saving my photo books.
How many times does one have to re-do a book before it can be successfully printed? It's time BigW got their act together as I see from reading other reviews, that this has been a common on-going problem for a long time now. I was trying to finish up two separate books today, and both refused to save so I lost today's efforts - what a waste of time!

A month later and still NOTHING. This is despite having gone into the store myself, calling and emailing (no reply ever received).
Now, logging in, it makes me reset my password (for NO reason), create a new password (TWELVE LETTERS?! What is this? The CIA?!) But of course, even then, it STILL doesn't work.
If I had any idea how unprofessional, time-consuming and frustrating this useless service was going to be I never would have ordered.

Waste of time! Spent countless hours creating a 100 page photo book and when I went to place the order, the photos were gone. Only advice I was offered was to start from scratch. Shockingly poor!

Hi, I have been ordering custom playing cards ,I have noticed the special prices are not on the app I have installed on my tablet anymore.?they are normally 20 dollars and use to be on special for 12.are there 2 apps?

Unbelievably stressful. I re created my ENTIRE calendar, taking hours and hours…. And the software deleted it each and every time. It said it was having trouble saving, then it would save and I’d add to cart and it would say “nothing in cart” and the project would be gone. Well over 8 hours of re doing it. What a disappointing waste of time. No idea why they don’t update their software! No longer a customer.

I made photobooks of photos that was taken by a photographer and the photos in the photobook came out blurry and very poor quality

The calendar I printed turned out blurry. There was no warning on the website. I contacted customer service and they told me it was my fault and no resolution. Disappointed 😞

I've done many photo books through this site never had an issue except for today just when I finished my book it wouldn't save it so I could add it to cart and get it finalized. WHYYYYY i do enjoy these and are great gifts. But to spend so many hours and get stuck

I managed to get one lovely photo book delivered. Went to order another and had nothing but trouble getting into my account. Spent hours on chat, to no avail. Shopped elsewhere. 😠😮‍💨

I've been producing a calendar for my wife for the last 5 years with no issues apart from a short learning curve each year. Simple.
This year though, after the learning curve, now I have a greyed out save button after nearly completing the calendar. I thought it may be a limitation on image file size, so I created smaller images, deleted all the content (after screen shotting what I'd done already) and started again. Nothing.
There are no solutions on the web site, forums or general internet, so I suppose my wife misses out.
Get with the 21st century BIG W. It would be a good tool if it used current technology.

When we eventually got our photos back, one was half a photo, it was not cropped right. No one at the Big W Southland tech counter could give a damn. Would never use Big W photos again.

Ordered several sizes of photos on line for a photo board I was putting together. The orders were all done at the same time but processed separately as there were a few different sizes. Waited until I got all the email confirmations that all photos were ready, as I don't live out near the Tea Tree Plaza store any more. Went to pick them up, said I had a few packs to collect and was told they were all put together in same packet. When I got home, realised a whole pack was missing with several photos. Rang the store, explained the situation and the girl said she would have another look. She came back and said no, there is definitely nothing else for me and that particular size takes 14 days which would have been explained in the email. So I said, then why have I received the final email saying those extra photos are ready for collection? Really had to force the issue and it was obvious she really hadn't checked properly and didn't want to! She went back again and looked properly as they were there!! Now I have to drive back there again to get my photos, not happy, waste of time and petrol and will go elsewhere from now on.

I purchased it as a present and it was very much appreciated as it captured different experiences and kept them warm too

Printing Photo's at big W. Is so Quick and Easy. And orders are done Fast and are high quantity. With lots of different sizes and so many great items to select from to get your treasured memories printed onto.

I have been creating Big W Photo books for over 5 years but was disappointed with the new site -the lack of features, borders, embellishments etc.etc.
My most recent book was a 12 x 12" Hard Cover 100 pages plus 17 extra pages on the new site. Quality of photos in this book was patchy and disappointing - some washed out. A few of the photos were rather old and not excellent quality. But most were digital and good quality. Some of the more recent photos were used in previous Big W photo books with excellent results - not so with this book. Not enough depth of colour in the same photos. Why did they change their software and features when it produced such a good product with excellent results.

The overall product once created is pretty good and processed quite quickly, but the system itself is rather clunky and limited. It would be great to have more options (like ‘stickers’) and easier to use with uploading photos, moving them around and making adjustments. I think the old system had better, slightly easier to use options.
