Having purchased a lovely hollow link…
Having purchased a lovely hollow link necklace for our sons 21st birthday. He wore it with pride on weekends and it was his most rreasured posetion.
So when he 5 of the links bore signs of failure (cracks) in the same place on each link, as you may imagine, he was very upset.
After following the advice feom our local reputable jeweler, we contacted Hattons (although we knew we were out of warrenty) to see if they could guide us towards some way of getting the chain repaired.
Several calls to customer service, to qhich all were answered by a very nice lady. We still await a reply which may guide us towards a repair.
Overall, a very dissapointing experience due to a complete lack of aftersales support.
