Be very cautious
Be very cautious when using this company. My partner bought me a 9ct gold signet ring for my birthday.
My partner admittedly took the tag off however on presenting this to me on my birthday I noticed the base of the shank was misshapen, scratched and the ring was half a size bigger.
We raised the issue asap with no response, followed with a call and ask to present photos and still nothing. We called to raise our issues and had a rather unhelpful and condescending women claim that as there was a a few weeks between purchasing and me being the given the ring the issues were from use. I have not used the ring due to raising the issue. They claimed we were making this up and that there was no issue with the ring. I myself am a jeweller to which they seemed to take offence and becoming slightly sarcastic and defensive.
In short, not sold as advertised, offered us to return to the item at our own risk and cost with no time frame or assurance of rectification.
Warranty seems to mean nothing and as I admitted taking it to a jeweller for an opinion they claimed I’d ’passed the item around’ and this could have damaged it.
Very poor.

If I could give this jewellers zero…
If I could give this jewellers zero stars I would I ordered a signet for my partner under the impression it was brand-new but when they sent it to me it’s the wrong size and also it already looks like it has been worn. There are clear scratches on the band and indentation marks where they have either eased the band up or they’ve not put the block in very well they are refusing to do anything about it and they have even went as far as to say we are making it up which is just absurd do not buy from this place biggest regret after spending hundreds of pounds

We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience, though we are quite surprised by your comments.
This purchase was made around three months ago, and while you’ve mentioned that the ring was the wrong size (O and half instead of O, which is less than a millimeter), we assured you that we would be happy to check this for you and, if confirmed, replace it right away. You later mentioned that the band appeared resized — however, as you also noted, the work was so seamless it was difficult to tell, which wouldn’t be possible within the short timeframe between your order and shipment (just five hours). Resizing and re-hallmarking take several days, so this couldn’t have been done after your order was placed.
The ring was dispatched brand-new, and it’s important to note that the security tag had been removed before you ever contacted us claiming its still in box untouched. Despite this and the fact that the order was outside our returns policy, we still offered to take the item back, inspect it carefully, and resolve the issue for you if anything was found to be amiss.
We pride ourselves on honesty and craftsmanship, and we always aim to resolve any genuine issues fairly. We only ask that reviews reflect the full context of communication and the steps we’ve taken to help.

Beautiful item
The item I purchased was clearly described and the photos were true to the actual item. I really liked the visuals of a person putting the necklace on, and demonstrating it.
The assurance that it could be returned if not what I wanted was reassuring, however a note on the purchase would be useful to backup when and how it should be returned if not wanted.
Delivery was fast and as described. I was kept in the loop the whole time.
I definitely recommend Hatton's and will use them again.

Great quality, great service
I bought the chain for my fiancé as a joint engagement and 30th birthday present. He loves it. We went shopping in Hatton Gardens and didn’t find anything nearly as nice. The delivery was quicker than estimated which meant we had it in time for our 30th birthday plans, it came with a certificate of authenticity, and the chain itself is clearly brilliant quality.

I bought my mum a bangle for her…
I bought my mum a bangle for her birthday it was beautiful when we first arrived but within a few weeks the diamonds started to fall out, which we was really surprised at considering how much we paid for it. My mum and dad got me a pair of gold earrings which broke a couple months later and the cubic zirconias started to fall out also. Really shocked at the quality considering the amount they cost on both items.
I’ve started to use a different jewellers due to this and no issues at all
