Very happy classy jewellery very fast delivery all around Great experience will be buying more in next month

Absolutely terrible experience with Hatton Jewellers. I purchased a 9ct gold anklet (£350) which was returned due to a faulty clasp. Instead of refunding, they claimed to have issued a store credit – but I was never sent any written credit note, nor told of an expiry date. Over a year later, when I chased, they admitted in writing that there was “no record” of a credit note for me at all.

I am now left with nothing – no jewellery and no refund. The way they handled this was unprofessional, misleading, and dismissive. Their so-called “customer service” is appalling.

Avoid at all costs – there are plenty of jewellers who actually value their customers and honour their legal obligations.

Bracelet came in a well presented box paper work everything absolute high end jewlers million percent going to use again for future orders highly recommended

Hatton jewellers who there debts of 265,000 pounds and have a large overdraft not cleared. i always check companies house before making a purchase. what if the company went bankrupt, the lady answering the phone is extremely rude.

The product is exactly what I wanted. Delivered quickly and with care.

First Bracelet wasn't hallmarked returned without any fuss, exchanged for a similar one they made sure that the new one was hallmarked and showed me where it was. Explained that they manufactured and sent off to be hallmarked and wasn't done. I guess these things happen.

I bought golden hoop earrings for 180 pounds which broke after 4 months. Customer service basically admitted that it was normal for their products to break that quickly but would not replace. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
