Dealing with Hatton was a fantastic experience! Their service was impeccable and I’m more than happy with the gold crucifix I ordered! I would highly recommend them! I received my crucifix 2 days after I ordered it and it came with a certificate! Thank you so much Hatton.. excellent!👍

The Company offers products on their website that are not in stock.
I found earrings that I wanted to purchase. They offered me the choice of ordering in line or to get into the Branch at Chelmsford.
I opted to travel to the premises in Chelmsford but then I was informed that they were out of stock.
The Chelmsford premises had zero earrings in the shop so a complete waste of time.
I had already sent a photo of the earrings to my wife and now I have to give her the bad news.
Not very professional !!

Great personal service
During the buying process I needed some specific support which was provided (by a human!). The exchange was prompt, efficient and courteous and enabled me to make a decision very easily. I also received very prompt attention during the check out process after a discount code erroneously failed. This was resolved quickly with the full discount applied. The product is really superb but the service was exemplary

Ordered a bracelet over a month ago
Ordered a bracelet over a month ago, still haven’t even dispatched it. When you contact them they provide a tracking number which also confirms Royal Mail is waiting for them to send it. Absolute joke. Paid for quicker delivery and nothing.
