Had a really great experience here, I was looking for a birthday present for my mum but had no idea what to get. The team is very knowledgable, especially Mitchel who was a lovely young man, he took great care in taking me through all the ranges and was extremely patient with me, even when I did change my mind 100 times! I went into Regency Jewels in Hatton Garden not quite knowing what to expect. I have no knowledge of diamonds and what I should go for. Mitchell Perry was the most knowledagble and undertanding salesman I have come across. He took me through the process and the different cuts, as well as the different variables that should be looked at when buying a diamond.

I wanted to find the perfect stone, and Mitchell went above and beyond to source what was exactly this. We had numerous conversations on what it should look like, and he didn't give up until he found it!

I cannot thank Mitchell enough and the smile on my fiances face is worth every penny!

This is by far the most impressive Diamond store in Hatton. The service was spectacular all around, very intimate experience and they went completely above and beyond.

Excellent service and customer experience. After window shopping with my fiancé to be in Hatton Gardens we spotted a perfect style ring in the window of Harmony Jewels. We popped in to try on and we were quickly tended to by Mitch. I didn’t know much about diamonds and precious metals and he kindly took the time to start with the very basics and walk us through everything in a very simple way. This made us feel very comfortable understanding exactly what it was that we were looking at (and spending a small fortune on). Luckily my fiancé to be spotted the exact ring she loved and Mitch measured her ring size there and then, taking away all the worry it wouldn’t fit. I then returned alone and agreed the purchase price and they swiftly had the ring resized and prepared (In 2 weeks) all in time to hide in my pocket for the big day.

Had an excellent experience at Regency Jewels in Hatton Garden. I initially went to go and window shop to get some ideas for engagement rings. I was greeted by Aaron who kindly spent time going through the different styles and choices I had when choosing an engagement ring, without any pressure of a sale. A few weeks later I went back with more of an idea of what I wanted. Anastasia was very helpful in choosing a diamond and the service I received was excellent. I went back a week later and chose the band for the engagement ring with Anastasia, who again was extremely helpful.

Once my fiancée agreed to marrying me, we went back to Regency to choose our wedding bands. I was very indecisive but Anastasia allowed me to take my time to make sure it was right. We also got a custom wedding band for my wife to be!

I highly recommend Regency Jewels to anyone who is looking for diamonds, rings and the like! Thanks again!

Went to Harmony Jewels to pick out my dream engagement ring!! The service was excellent. Such a lovely team made me feel so special when creating the ring of my dreams!!!

As soon as we walked into harmony jewels we felt very much at home and at ease. Colin was very attentive and understanding of our requirements. The whole process from the design concept to the final product was superb and I would highly recommend harmony jewels. The customer service was second to none and in particular Colin who was always on hand and offered great personal attention to detail, our overall experience was outstanding. Great job and I am over the moon with the final product.

I went to this shop after browsing the area for a ring to celebrate our silver anniversary as well as her 50th. The staff here are extremely helpful, friendly and above all professional. I was dealt by Steve and he made me feel very comfortable. After spending around 45 Minutes I felt at ease but didn’t purchase it straight away. They were happy for me to go and think it over and weren’t pushy at all. Suffice to say I made the purchase the next day over the phone and they sorted everything out from getting the ring delivered to arranging to an appointment to resize. Would definitely recommend and go again if the need arises. Thank you guys for a lovely service.
