I gave it 4 stars because they really run two sizes small but very stylish and the customer service is honest they keep there promise unlike Orthora Footwear fake LLC. So I highly recommend this family owned legitimate business and please support them. Great product 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I paid $98.96 for shoes that were low quality and sized too small. They were advertised as orthopedic but there was nothing orthopedic about them. Once I receive them I researched and they are sold on Shein for $16.50. They are cheap plastic and nothing about them is orthopedic. The website was misleading, attempted to look like an exclusive company website. When I requested a refund they offered me 15%!! I have emailed them several times on how to return them. I'm still waiting for that process to be revealed. This is a fraudulent Chinese company!!!

I ordered the Gemma Linen Long Shirt Dress from Haven Beck. When it finally arrived two weeks late, there was NO linen content in the dress. Instead, it was a very thin, very cheap cotton/poly blend (per the content tag). The sizing was WAY off - I ordered a medium (I have always been a medium) and the dress fit like a small petite. I couldn't even button any of the buttons. After (too late) looking at the complaints, I am realizing the website is a scam, and the hopes of a refund are as tiny as the dress.

I ordered a cute off the shoulder dress and received a sack dress, material similar to a Halloween costume. Do not order from this place

This scammers, they sent a horrible jacket in a bag, they won’t even refund the money. It was 80$ to the trash. Don’t waste the money here

I will not order from this company again, they are a scam.
There stuff comes from China. It took a month and a half to get it and the shoes I ordered were big enough to fit a giant. They were terrible.
I requested my money back and they are only willing to give me 15 per cent of my money back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Second that, if you live in the US, don't bother. They have a bad returns policy anyway

If you are in the US do not purchase, they are based out of Canada - and with current tariffs, the duties can be INSANE. If you bring this up to customer service they will point you to a policy which I didn't see anywhere in the ordering process.

Buyers from the US beware. Ordered several pieces of clothing their website and ended up paying over $150 in customs fees. I’d recommend finding a different online shop that handles customs fees as most do nowadays

They have no contact number or address, but just try to fob you off with excuses about the goods

Do not use this company, poor quality T shirts. Do not look as advertised. Ships direct from China, not mentioned anywhere in the advert.

Absolute rubbish items , do not order from these, ordered 2 t shirts size 2xl, not even the same size when arrived and absolute sh-te, better off making them out of rags.Be warned.

Two shirts received, poor quality and expensive.They were too small so asked if they could be replaced with next size. Reply indicated that I could return them to china at my own cost (thought they came from Birmingham!) but it would be easier if they give me a 10% refund which I agreed to. Waiting for refund.

Do not buy from Haven Birmingham it is a scam company. I bought a short sleeve shirt (£32.95) which looked good on their website but when it arrived it was such poor quality its only good for the bin! Haven have offered me a 20% refund if I kept the shirt which would be cheaper than returning it to China! This is if I ever see the refund after reading other customers problems trying to obtain their refunds.

This is a scam overseas company selling cheap, low quality clothing into the UK market. They are based in China and have no connection with Birmingham as their name would like potential buyers to believe. Their website has been built using cloned images widely available online, and they advertise a Trust Pilot rating of 4.6 which is actually 1.8. The quality of the goods supplied bear no resemblance to those advertised. Their returns policy requires purchasers to return the goods to their warehouse in China at their own expense, with no guarantee that they will ever see their money or their goods again.
PayPal have agreed to provide me with a full refund , and UK Trading Standards are the currently investigating the Company.

I ordered a cotton polo shirt which took weeks to arrive. When it did it was poor quality made of polyester, not cotton in it at all. I complained, they eventually offered me a 15% refund or return it to China. Due to the prohibitive postage cost I accepted the refund but they have never paid it despite chasers. Liars and thieves.

The.sandals I purchased were substandard. They reluctantly agreed to credit me if I returned them, which Idid which cost me about half the value but 6 months later they still haven’t given me the refund, I don’t believe I will. Don’t buy from them.

I ordered size 30 pants but received size 28 instead. On top of that, I’m required to cover the return shipping to Canada, and they don’t offer refunds. Disappointing experience.
