Shoes arrived late . it took almost 7 weeks for delivery and the size was listed correctly in the shoe but they were two sizes smaller.... Poor customer service. you cannot reach anyone by phone or email...I am out $$ 137 ❗❗❗
NEVER AGAIN!!!

I would not give them even one star. I have been trying to return a sweater which arrived in a completely wrong color and they won’t accept it back. Only if I pay to ship it back to China. For a sweater that is not at all what I ordered. 20 emails back and forth with them trying to get me to keep the ugly sweater and they will refund me 50%. And they sign emails “warm regards”. What a joke!!!

I purchased two pairs of shoes over six weeks ago. Tracking indicated the shipment reached the United States but then showed a delivery exception and was returned to the U.S. shipping facility. Despite sending multiple emails requesting an update and/or a refund, I have received no response. This company has been extremely disappointing, and I’m hoping my credit card dispute will result in a refund. If I could award zero stars on this rating, that would be more accurate than the one star for this compnay.

Did I just get scammed?
So very unhappy with this transaction.
When I didn't receive my order in the first hundred years, I wrote to them and instructed them to cancel the order and issue a refund. Received a boilerplate reply and did not receive anything further from them, although it said I would hear back within 36 hours.
Then, I received a package. It didn't look like it contained what I ordered (pair of shoes). Opened it up, no shoe box. Shoes, wrapped in bubble wrap in a plastic mailer.
There was no info about the shoes, nor on the shoes. They are very cheap looking, cheap feeling, and look nothing like their pictures. Orthopedic? Naaah. Don't think so... looks like something you could pick up in a discount store for $6.99.
I hope they respond to me and that I can successfully return and get refund.

I received the jacket. The zipper would not work and the jacket was not true to size. I sent an email the day I received it and they stated they were busy with the holiday orders and they would get back to me. Never heard from them!! Don’t buy from this company!!!

The quality of the coat is nothing like the picture

Do not buy anything from this company! The marketing is misleading and the product is not as pictured! The quality is cheap and poorly made. So wish I had checked reviews first before buying!

When I asked to return item. Was told I could knit and get 10 percent return. Because returning to china would be costly. The product was of poor quality. Would not recommend your company to anyone. Still waiting for my 10%.

This is one of the most disappointing transactions I’ve ever been involved with in my adult life! Took over two weeks for the garment to arrive. The ad stated it was sweater; it is very cheap T-shirt! I’m not even quite sure how to describe it other than absolutely nothing like what they said it was. Very poor quality, banded, bottom, banded sleeves; look more like something you’d put on a toddler than on an adult. The company has been heinous to deal with in an attempt to return it; I’m very grateful that I intentionally made the purchase with a credit card that would go after them for the horrific quality of this garment that they

Wish I could give a score of zero. Have emailed MULTIPLE times wanting directions on how to return poor quality, wrong sized women's top. Can't get answers. They only offered a 10% refund if I keep it. Now they are badgering me to do reviews!!!

It’s not a warm coat it is flimsy not well made

Both the maryjanes and the ankle boots I ordered are too big (size 9, which I wear) and are also uncomfortable, so I've requested TWICE for the return label. Their first response back to me was: "Keep the shoes and we'll refund you 10%". What?! WHY would I want to keep shoes that are uncomfortable and too big? So I rejected their offer and still requested their return label which they require. No response to the rejecction of their offer. I sent a separate email requesting a return label in hopes I'd get a response, but still nothing.

I love the feel of my jacket, but because there is no inside stitching it is very hard to zip up or just leave it open. That truly is my only objection.

I have sent 2 emails to get the info to return my items. The shoes were ok and I will keep them. The dresses fit poorly and do not have the same trim as pictured. I thought this was out of Boston in the US but it’s a Chinese return address at your expense. Very deceiving.

This jacket is so cheap...material is awful, has a weird smell and the zipper does not open. Had I known before that this jacket was made in China, I would not have ordered it. Plus the company made an offer of 10% back to me if I did not return it, but has reneged on that offer. They do not respond at. Do not purchse anything from this company!

I agree with every negative review here. My jacket looked NOTHING like what they advertised. It looked like a cheap shag rug, and the zipper was cheap metal that caught in the fibers of the jacket every 16th of an inch as I tried to zip it up. And the offer of 10% on a $60 jacket? $6 refund? Please! No manufacturer's tag, and it came wrapped in plastic and about 10 yards of packaging tape. They're shamming folks, they know it, and it needs to stop. I've put it on Facebook. They have China making these products. The quality is substandard, but they're making money. Ugh.

Well, my Mary Jane shoes are a good/ comfortable fit. However, I thought the Color was a bit off as I was expecting a Loden Green softer shade than the Bright Green/ Christmas Bells that arrived. Now, I can stop traffic with my Mary Jane's as theys stand out in their Bright Green Color

The quality of the product was not what I expected. It was very poor. But the customer service after I expressed my disappointment was okay. The storefront online makes it seem like an upscale boutique but the product seems much cheaper. 🤔 products made overseas?

I did receive the shoes I had ordered. I am disappointed in the color. On line they looked more olive green but they are bright green. I, too, wish that I had read the other reviews before I placed an order. They definitely aren’t worth what I paid.
