Pleaches trees are in very good health and H&C Trees continually kept in touch with regard to the delivery. The driver was happy to place the tress where we wanted them. Looking at the trees the cost is not high considering the many years to grow them

Purchased from H&C Trees on a couple of occasions recently and both times have received quality plants, as described, delivered on time and also very kindly (as I have a broken wrist) placed in situ to where I was planting them at the bottom of the garden. Would highly recommend.

Max and the team were brilliant from start to finish, I had lots of questions and they responded numerous times via email and on WhatsApp to help me choose the best trees for the garden. I also purchased the delivery and planting service and the two guys that came were also excellent, clear communication throughout and after. I purchased after reading the numerous positive reviews on their site and felt like they were doing a good thing and genuinely cared, turns out that was right, the trees look wonderful and are great quality, I really can’t fault them in any way and 100% recommend.

Easy to order. Great communication. Delivered early. Great product and good value for money.

Having ordered 4 pleached Red Robins (web site was great and easy to use) I realised I was on holiday for delivery !! Communication was excellent with telephone calls to co- ordinate delivery. Added to that Joe the driver assisted in delivering the plants to my top lawn 👍I’m delighted with the quality of these 2 + metre high plants All in all a great experience with very professional company

Max at HC Trees replied same day and sent a photograph of the trees that would be delivered (pleached photonia). I was happy to pay the price quoted as the quality was visible. Great delivery and I would certainly recommend them.

I had some full standard red robin trees supplied and delivered approx. 16 months ago. No issues and very healthy trees. They are thriving. I will most certainly be buying more from H&C trees.

H&C Tree Review

This was my second time purchasing from H&C Tree, and once again, the experience was excellent. I ordered a Photinia × fraseri ‘Red Robin’ 3/4 Standard (Lollipop), 14–16 cm girth.

Max, the owner, kept me well informed throughout the process. Once the order was processed, communication was clear and timely. On the day of delivery, Sam contacted me to let me know the tree would be delivered in the afternoon.

When the tree arrived, it was well-established and of outstanding quality. I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.

Just recieved my pleached red robins from Max. He delivered them to the back garden, gave me advice on some other trees I had planted and generally very nice. The trees are very health, have excellent foliage cover and were significantly cheaper than the other ones I bought elsewhere. I would highly recommend H&C both for the quality of their trees and their customer service.

The entire pre-sales process was very simple and efficient. We requested for delivery and planting- this was organised by the team for the same day to minimise disruption.

On the delivery and planting day the team arrived and worked incredibly efficiently causing minimal disruption. We were very impressed with the professional approach and expertise. I purchased one too many trees based on their professional judgement and they were happy to return one of the trees and adjust the invoice accordingly. I placed a rather large order of just under £2k but had a huge mix up with my wife who placed the same order with someone else. I didnt actually realise until the order my wife placed turned up on my front door. As you can imagine, this was very stressful. I immediately called up H&C praying my order could be cancelled and it was thankfully very straightforward with prompt communication and action. So although I didnt end up purchasing the trees, I am thankful for the excellent customer service. For that alone, I will ensure I make future purchases with H&C. Thanks Max!
