I had a time slot booked in between 14.47 to 16.47. I phoned the office up to make sure he was coming,as it was getting late. He was one postcode away. The office had a tracker and when they tried to phone him up he didn't answer. You could have had a decency to phone .Thank you Peter

We were delighted with the customer service from Healthcare Pro. It was impeccable. When we raised a small issue with the walking frames we'd bought for mum it was dealt with promptly and thoroughly and a replacement frame was sent. Top marks.

Would much prefer to have a telephone…
Would much prefer to have a telephone conversation, and it was a little difficult to access the live chat, particularly when it is not your normal method of communication. That said when I did finally manage to communicate my issue was resolved quickly and efficiently without argument, and in this case the replacement for faulty item arrived in three days.
