First of all, I set up a passkey (you have to, even though they clearly don't understand security at this company), and the device I set it up on is not being recognized. It says I have one, but then doesn't allow me to enter it. Customer service is basically talking to AI that can only answer questions if you ask them and provide answers in a certain way. If you can get hold of a person (huge IF), then it's only after sitting for ages. Understandable, I guess, now that they've changed to passkeys. I'll be canceling this account--my money is safer under my mattress.

They charged the closeout fee twice and would not refund the amount back despite three calls.

The EZ Receipt app is extremely frustrating, and I dread every time I have to use it. Every time I use it, it requires that I reset my password. Every time. When I call in, it’s a flip of a coin, whether I will get the FSA or the HSA side of the business. My FSA card contains the HSA phone number, and that number does not work to resolve my FSA issues.

The gentleman on the phone was so patient and told me he would wait and make sure I got everything taken care of and advised me in advance of what would pop up on the screen and how to handle it, all without making me feel stupid.

The customer service is great! It was easy and the lady was so kind and genuine. 10/10!!!

They are doing a good job at keeping track of our money and most of the time the representees are up to date but I just happen to get one the first time that didn't know how to resolve my problem. In general most of the people I talk to know exactly what I am talking about and how to resolve the problem. In all I am really satisfied with their performance.

My representative, Shawana, was delightful to work with.

This company does not resolve issues quickly or with knowledge. Calls are often transferred between departments as if they aren’t sure of what they are doing or call are disconnected while on hold waiting for another department to answer, having to call back several times times just to have an issue resolved. They are not easy to transact business with.

Wage Works needs to be renamed "Rage" Works. I give up on Wage Works and HealthEquity and do not plan to ever use this otherwise valuable service again. Yes, it's a tax savings, but the time & friction of using this service is not worth it. I will pay extra just so I don't have to waste my time using this awful service.
Claims are constantly and continuously being rejected requiring uploading of all receipts even though it's clear the charge is directly from a doctor's office or healthcare provider. Furthermore, online system needs to include view of previously uploaded documents, plus a detailed online explanation of why receipts are being rejected over and over again.

Not sure how to make it better . I would really just like to use my password after being prompted to keep making new ones

The representative Daniella was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I'm very satisfied. She gets 20 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, that's how good she was, very professional and courteous

This company will take your money in fees. Don't even think about signing up with them if you are not on an employer's plan. You will pay an admin fee every month. Also, be prepared to pay a close out fee if you close or transfer. They pretty much make you use their app in order to log in. Their website and transaction processing stinks.
