I ordered supplements from this company 5 months ago and never received my order. I paid $282.85 for the product. The company has failed to respond to my numerous email inquiries or my request to cancel my order and refund me the money that I paid.

I have been unable to un-subscribe for four months they keep sending me product that I do not want. I have been unable to get into the website. I have filed chargebacks against the fees three times and they still continue to send product. Please send me a label and pick up all of your product. I do not want any of it, and I am appalled that this is being forced on me. Please send me a label and pick up all of your product before I really start saying what I really think. UUS6942470629694299 this is the most recent product that arrived today. Please send me a label pick up your stuff.

I was very disappointed at first, after making numerous attempts to receive my order..it took 4 months to get my order..but Fretzie.. did make it right with following up with me in receiving my order.. I know things can happen, I will be giving Healthletic another try

Not only has every product we tried from Healthletic been amazing and does what they say, but their customer support is by far the best I’ve experienced in a very long time.
I messed up on my order and forgot to add the discount code. I was placing another order for my mom so wasn’t sure if I needed to delete and start again. But within minutes of sending an email and explaining the situation I heard from Chelsea saying they were looking into it for me.
Shortly after that I had another email from Cyriel saying that it will be taken care of and my discount will be placed back on my credit card. No need to delete and start over. 👍
This is one company that continues to exceed our expectations in every way. If you’re thinking of ordering and hesitating, don’t, just try it, I really don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
If you don’t want the subscription just make sure you click the button to the off position at the top of the products you’re looking at before you add to cart.

I was incorrectly put on a subscription basis. One email to Charina immediately corrected the problem. She cancelled the current order and issued a refund. She also cancelled the subscription and sent a confirmation email. Can't ask for more than that.

I am not pleased that I have to be automatically be locked into a renewal process the moment I order a product.

I have not received shipping notice, it seems the marketing effort and ease of order effort is a huge success, then it all comes to a halt.

Had trouble finding the place to order.

I have had no less than 28 email exchanges with this company. I originally ordered 5 bottles of Nattokinase to try. Then without my authorization they attempted on 2 more occasions to charge my credit card which my bank questioned and stopped. Unfortunately the 3 attempt the company made was successful and it cleared my account for $182. The company told me multiple times no further orders would be shipped but that was not true. So the solution was I was told I could refuse the order and have it sent back where they would refund me. I gathered up the product which I was told I would have to pay to return, even though I did not order it and sent it with the requested tracking number. I then get an email after I sent a photo of the picture with the tracking info saying they do not accept "International returns". I am in Canada and the return address is in the US. Given I had already sent it they said they would accept it and now I wait. This company will continue to ship you products even when you do not sign up for any subscription. There is a Dr. Jocker on Instagram who is recommending this product. I sent him a message explaining their dishonest autoshipping of product and he has not replied. I do see the ad on his actual account so I believe he is legitimately promoting this product. I want a FULL REFUND!!!

Bought a health supplement, wanted to cancel subscription. Logged in and went to the "manage you subscription page". No subscriptions listed. They use shop.com as their CC processor. No luck there either.
AFTER this review, they replied promptly and canceled the subscription. There was no reply to an earlier inquiry.

Customer service is excellent, takes sometime to get product, Chelsea and Schiviane were very helpful

It was easy to place the order and the Methylene Blue is an amazing product!

Their response to my requests was amazing! Charina stands out as the best of the best.

Less than a month into trying the product I received a notification from the company that they were sending the next shipment of product. I replied that I didn't order anymore and please cancel it. They responded with "we canceled the order" and then a week later they shipped it anyways and charged my credit card. After more than a dozen correspondences they are still playing games and not refunding my money. Please do yourself a favor and buy this product from someone more reputable if you want to try it.

Had a really wonderful experience. Avenry helped solve my issue right away as I needed an address change. Responded to my email right away and handled the issue. I look forward to taking there supplement

I can only rate the entire experience when i see how the shipping goes and the subsequent customer service if I need help. I will be cancelling the repetitive order, so I'll see if the instructions given by Chelsea will be easy.

After a long wait for back orders, I finally received my order, along with an additional 30-day supply for the inconvenience.

Ordered the product on 29 JULY,money taken out of my account,1 month later it still hasn't arrived and guess what they decided to take the same amount of money out of my account again.nothing like being billed twice for a product your never going to receive anyways lol.This is a scam they advertise all over Instagram scamming bastards .THEY WONT GET MY MONEY THE THIRD TIME .LOW LIFES.!!!!!!!!!!!. HI.guys I don't even know why you would allow these low lifes to reply ,nothing they say is truthful at all ,every thing is a lie ,they try and make it sound like its the customers fault some how we didn't receive the product we got charged twice for .MY ADVICE WOULD BE NOT EVEN LET THEM ONTO YOUR SITE BECAUSE FUTURE PEOPLE THAT THEY STEAL MONEY FROM WILL READ THESE COMMENTS AND SOME WILL THINK THAT THEY ARE A REAL COMPANY ,DO SOME RESEARCH YOURSELF GUYS .ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS SINCE THEY TOOK$165 AUD FROM MY ACC,STILL NO PRODUCT HAS ARRIVED ,THEN TO CAP IT OFF THEY TOOK ANOTHER $167 AUD OUT OF MY ACCOUNT JUST TO STICK THE KNIFE IN .THEY HAVNT SENT ANY PRODUCT LIKE THEY SAY AND I DONT EXPECT TO RECEIVE ANY LOL.INSTRAGRAM SHOULD KICK THEM OFF THEIR SITE TOO.JUST A BUNCH OF FRAUDSTERS WORKING OUT OF EUROPE SOMEWHERE ,HOPE THREY GET WHATS COMMING TO THEM .
