We placed an order for hearing aid receivers on 8/23. We paid extra for (express tracked 5-8 day) shipping.
On 8/25 it was shipped and arrived in the US on 8/26 our package was received into said customs and released on 8/31 with no more tracking available and no delivery.
I emailed on 9/4 with my concern and was met back with an email that stated facts I already knew (that it was released from customs). I’ve now sent 2 more emails, a message on the website and I’ve called twice with no reply.
On 9/10 I was able to get someone on the phone that said she would get in touch with the shipper and call or email me back and that has not happened.
I need my product or a full refund. We understand things get lost in the mail, but no response is unacceptable.

Well after a rocky start to my returns they did sort everything out in the end. Returns accepted and refund gifted. The rocky start was no reply for a returns number. After I rang them they said my email had gone to junk mail. But once that was established the rest of the process was plain sailing.

The company’s website states that orders are processed within 24 hours. My order shipped NINE DAYS after the order was placed. Unacceptable!

Well incredible-made a same day appointment so easy to do, had wax in both ears treated them the same day but had to go back after 4 days re putting ear drops in. Just finished treatment today both ears very ace - CAN HEAR ! And no charge for second visit. Immaculate premises such modern equipment and the specialist practitioner Awsome. Many thanks - Barry

Following a constant problem with in-ear water retention after swimming I’d gone for ear wax removal at HCD Hear Care Direct in Atherstone nr Tamworth. This was a great success, using the modern micro-suction method, restoring my hearing and narrowly avoiding another infection. One stand out long term solution to in-ear water retention is a pair of silicon ear inserts that are moulded uniquely to each ear.
Hear Care Direct were easily the most reasonably priced (although still nearly a hundred pounds) which seems a lot BUT the plugs will last the rest of my life and help avoid ear infections which in the past have spoiled holidays due to pain and infections. It takes half an hour to make a mould of your ears and then these are sent off to be made into a perfect pair of silicone ear plugs unique to the ears. To be able to swim on holiday and not worry about ending up at the doctors with another ear infection it’ll be worth every minute and penny.

I had my earwax removed today, 12 November, at Atherstone Hearcare Direct. I was very pleased with the service, no discomfort and very relaxed. So happy to have my hearing back, would definitely recommend. Cost was only £40, a lot cheaper than other places.

I selected the wrong size for a product on this website. I called the seller, emailed the seller, and instant messaged the seller within minutes of realizing my mistake. The seller did not return my messages until the next day, and then only to tell me that it had already sent product. The seller stated that it had closed for the day shortly before receiving my order. This is demonstrably false. Otherwise, how was the seller able to ship when it was "closed?" As well, the seller purports to be a U.S. company based in Sarasota, Florida. However, when I received shipping confirmation, it showed shipment via Royal Mail. If the seller is shipping from the UK, that is nowhere disclosed on either the face of its site, or on Google Shops. And, now, I guess I sit around for an indeterminate amount of time to wait for my order to slowly wind its way from the UK to the USA. Bad transaction. Bad customer service. Caveat emptor.

I have had my Phonak tv streamer about 2 weeks and love it. The price was great audiologist wanted $350.00 and I got these for $209.00 from Hearcaredirect. Easy setup , it streams the TV sound right into my hearing aids, I can now hear the TV very well and can adjust the volume with my hearing aids. Thank You Hearcaredirect, great service & price

I ordered a device for my parents. Deliery was prompt and as expected. Unfortunately the device wasnt right for them and was concerned returning might be challenging.
No questions or problems and refund issued within 2 days.
Extremely polite and friendly people also. 100% recommend.

The price was right something that I could afford ! Did not realize the company was overseas but the product got here in time and I was happy with the results !
