Be aware that this company have zero morals or customer focus. This company left my.mother of over 85 yeas old without regular hearing and hot water due to a faulty boiler that they fitted. For 2 years we had to keep climbing into her loft to increase the water pressure. We reported it 5 times, each time they sent an engineer who blamed a "leak somewhere". My mum spent hundreds of pounds on new radiators, leak traces but still the boiler needed attention. Finally an independent engineer investigated the boiler and immediately pointed out that a valve had been incorrectly installed. We got an engineer from the boiler company to visit and replace it under warranty and reported it to Heatable. Their attitude was dismissive and offered a £140 compensation! £140 for 2 years of suffering, a fortune spent rectifying problems that were incorrectly blamed by Heatable engineers. Buyer beware, they are quick to install and take your money but that is where their service ends.

Update for Paul. You are incorrect, an Alpha engineer attended twice, your Heatable engineers attended 3 times, all of them blamed a leak and did not see the faulty valve. I stand by my comments. I called and reported everything directly to Heatable and finally engaged directly with Alpha due to your poor responses. Had the professional plummer not notices the faulty valve, that was incorrectly installed by Heatable engineers, he would have carried out a full leak exploration that would have cost many hundreds, he was gracious enough only to charge a small call out, I bet you would not have offered the whole amount in compensation had he done so. At the end of the day, the whole problem was caused by your engineer incorrectly installing the valve when the boiler was originally installed.

The engineer turned up on time, explaining the process before starting which was very helpful. Once done he explained how to use new boiler and hive controls. All in all a very pleasant experience

I was slightly nervous at booking a boiler installation online, but I had no need to worry. Heatable kept me informed from minute one. They sent details of the installer and all relevant times and date details. The installer Jordan called the night before to introduce himself and ask a few questions. He arrived when he said he would and him and his colleague were friendly and professional throughout. He explained the controls with me and only left once he knew I was completely satisfied. This was an excellent service from start to finish. The price for this service was excellent value for a brand new boiler and installation. I would recommend heatable to anyone.

After contacting a few boiler providers for quotes and also taking into consideration customers and a family members experience we decided to go with Heatable.
Their customer service is excellent and kept us informed throughout the whole process.
The installation engineers were excellent and very helpful and left our homewithout any evidence of a boiler being fitted.

We had a solar and battery system fitted. Went for just under 8 kW of pannels and 19.2 kW of Alpha batteries. The team at Heatables, especially Anna were amazing during the whole quote to the final commissioning.
The installers were very professional and did a very tidy install. Jez - your team were a credit and I can not fault them.
Only a week in, but we are now pretty much off grid.

Old boiler broke down during Easter holiday. Searched online and ended up here. Price was really competitive. Staff was answering my douts over the holidays. Phone call communication before installation to make sure it went smoothly. Happy purchase.

Today we had a new boiler installed through Heatable. Found the company via the internet initially as I was researching what I needed. I was really impressed with the depth of information they provided to help you choose. Then went to the website to order which was very easy to do, really clear, simple, logical to follow. Day before fitting, had an email with details of the engineer who would do the fitting. The install, done by Harley was brilliant, he was a great communicator, worked quickly, efficiently and cleanly. Answered all our questions and explained the system thoroughly before he left.
The whole process from start to finish was easy, problem free and clearly explained. I would highly recommend Heatable.

Well I was really impressed, they turned up on time and they just got on with it, just brilliant service and I'm going to recommend them to anyone who wants a new boiler, first class. Very easy to get a quote on line and book a fitting as I did on Monday and by early Wednesday all sorted 👍

No issues with the installation and affordable prices

Heatable were very helpful from initial selection of a suitable combi boiler to replace a life expired unit which I did via their website, and then in follow up 'phone calls as I was a bit unsure about a suitable power rating. Both people I spoke to seemed very knowledgeable and willing to talk through the options. Also, boilers aren’t cheap items, but I thought the price was quite fair.

The engineer doing the installation was very careful, leaving little mess behind and the whole job appears to have been done very neatly. He arrived slightly early and the job was easily done by the end of the day.

It’s early days yet, but so far the new boiler (a Worcester Bosch 4000 30kW unit) is performing well and is efficient and quiet.

The only slight downside were repeated sales emails once I’d got the initial quotes through. I’m not someone who makes decisions like this quickly and it was a bit irksome. If not for this, it would be a five star review. Overall though I’d recommend the company as this is a minor niggle.
