An additional comment to a previous review. Following a British Gas request for more information (they had the correct G99 document and it was their error). I received immediate confirmation from Anna at Heatable the document where correct and specifically which part was applicable, further informatio, advice and offer to obtain additional DNO sourced document if needed.
This is exactly the kind of aftesales attention and assistance that makes Heatable a company I shall be returning to.

I recently had a new boiler fitted by Sully and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the service was professional, efficient, and completely stress-free.

Sully arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and got straight to work. The installation was completed to a very high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, which I really appreciated.

He also took the time to show me how to use the new system and made sure I was comfortable with it before leaving. Since the installation, the boiler has been working perfectly — it’s quiet, efficient, and has made a noticeable difference to both heating and hot water.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Sully to anyone looking for a reliable and professional boiler fitter.

It is very good to have a full quote for the final price with labour included. My first appointment time got cancelled by Heatable but they offered a second time I accepted. Things went well from there on boiler and installer arrived within 2 minutes of each other. Only one installer but very good at his job all done in less than 7 hours. Happy with the new boiler and a fair price with everything included so no surprises. Would recommend Heatable if you need a new boiler.

It was a very hard place to change the boiler in a kitchen but Paul fixed it in no time would Highley recommend.

Booked on Thursday and installed on Saturday. It was a very quick and efficient process for a well priced boiler.

Had a new boiler installed. Had a couple of minor issues. These were sorted out quickly after reporting them.
Recently our boiler control wouldn’t work after about six months. An engineer called on the same day this was reported and replaced the control for us.
You can’t get better service than that !

I recently had a battery installed through Heatable, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish.
The customer journey was excellent – everything felt smooth, well-organised, and clearly communicated at every stage. The team were incredibly helpful and approachable, and it was clear they’re experts in their field. They also offer a great selection of products at competitive prices, which made choosing the right option much easier. Being a Which? accredited company gave me extra confidence too. On top of that, the turnaround time for installation was impressively quick, and they were very accommodating with scheduling.

The installer was just as impressive – knowledgeable, efficient, and highly professional throughout. They worked in a clean and tidy manner, respected the space, and completed the job in a timely fashion without cutting any corners.

I had to work hard with lots of phone calls and emails to get a price match against a competitor, but got there in the end. I wanted fitting as soon as possible and this was done next day.

We had a combi boiler fitted this week by Sam, Josh and Matty who did an amazing job.They were very polite, friendly, respectful , and professional. They talked me through everything about the boiler and the thermostat and they cleaned up any mess they had made, all completed in 3 hours.The Worcester Bosch combi 4000 is a lovely looking boiler and so so quiet. It's lovely to have great central heating and our water has never had such a fast flow or been as hot.We are very pleased with heatable and the gas fitters.The whole ordering online went so smoothly, I highly recommend Heatable.

Work was carried out in a timely manner, workman were nice. No hidden fees, all additional work was explained as needed. Would recommend. Took around 5-6 hours to fit and flush a new system which was efficient for the task at hand. They were through checking everything was working sufficiently before leaving. Thank you again.

They were honest. Promise made, promise kept. They gave me a discount without me asking for it. Prompt in their response to my call. The Engineer was right on time, very professional, and did an excellent neat job.

After following Heatable Ltd online videos and reviews I went for an install of Solar panels and Sigenergy battery with the Gateway. From start to finish it has been a slick, quick and above all safe, experience with excellent products installed and up and running. Heatable kept me informed and did all of the applications and paperwork. The finance options were also excellent and safe. On my next home move I will definitely be repurchasing my next installation from them. Very, very impressed.

Great install of solar and battery done on my property by Ashby Electricial through Heatable! From order to install, only took a couple weeks. The electrians Phil and Harvey from Ashby Electrical were quick, efficient and professional. They installed it all in a day and walked me through the system. The install was neat and it has been working great. Also not to forget the solar installer Reece from Lindon Roofing. He might be very young but did a great job with the solar panels. I would recommend Heatable/Ashby Electrical if you are intending on getting solar/battery.

Boiler ordered on Tuesday evening, Installed Thursday with absolutely no issues.

Such a great experience. The heating engineer was on time efficient, really pleasant and informative. Couldn’t fault him. The boiler area was left spotless and looked great. Heatable were fantastic to deal with and when I needed to call them were very quick to answer and helpful. Customer service is obviously a top priority for them.
