Worst experience ever had with a parking company
Paid for the business meet and greet!! what a mug i was !! Turned up late and had to pay for parking on top
On our return!! again late and had to pay parking charges on exist
I wrote a really honest email of my experience in hope they would at least look into our issues
and got !! Car Parked no refund
Never have i had such bad service

Absolutely horrendous. My car came back after waiting an hour from the telephone call. It was covered with bird mess and sap from a tree. It had clearly been dumped somewhere under a tree. Had to pay £30 for it to be cleaned to be told if I hadn't acted immediately to remove the sap that it would have had to have a respray. Contacted the company immediately via telephone and the bloke hung up on me, I then sent over pictures and a video, no reply to any of my emails. Disgusting company service. DO NOT use this company. I wish I had received this warning. If I could upload a video you would all be shocked at the state of my lovely car.

We booked parking through this company and unfortunately realised it was a scam afterwards, we should have looked up reviews beforehand, unfortunately we were left without parking and had to make last minute plans and ended up paying twice. Very stressful start to a holiday.

Appalling, after a 4hour wait and the contact number going to answerphone, I hired a car to get home 60 miles away. Eventually I had to drive back to Terminal 5 and my car was returned to the airport with a driver that said he knew nothing, couldn’t help and was just told to deliver it. No apology, no explanation and nocompensation for the extra £130 I had to spend.

Terrible service. Waited an hour to have the car picked up. Waited an hour and a quarter to recieve the car back.
I was told ten minutes twice after waiting 40 minutes until they simply stopped answering the phone. Had to pay £20 not £8 for the short term parking due to their delay.
Please do not ruin your travel by using this shoddy firm.

Cancelled booking due to injury and was told a £20 fee would be taken and I would receive £19 refund. No refund 3 weeks later. No response to emails, phone calls and their online chat doesn't work. Avoid this company.

My experience with this service was fine once i got home, but it is as mental as all the other reviews the place you meet them looks like a scrap yard and they are just chilling in a car where they keep your keys in lock boxes, i didnt have a long wait for my car apon collection it inly took ten mins once i called them once i was at the pickup point. The cars are parked together really close in their car park, when i got my car back it was fine the correct millage was on the car that they said, the driver had left an apple in my car but my car is a 20 year old banger with more rubish in it than most bins so fair play but still it is not a professional looking outfit and only saves you £13 to the long stay shuttle which in my opinion is great,

Ive left a 1 start review because i was worried about my car from the second i dropped it off and it ruined my day. But in the end it was actually fine

They need to find a better drop off point for your car because no one should see where and how they park your cars its mental and a fire hazard

If I could score them zero I would. Had an early flight and arrived at 3am, rang them at 2am an hour before arrival and was told in very broken English that they don’t start til 4am. The guy turned up about 4:30am, looking like he’d been dragged through a hedge backwards. No uniform, no ID, no manners and no soap judging by the smell. Reluctantly handed over the keys and on return they were actually on time but we were delayed coming through passport control. They bombarded us with calls asking if they can leave the keys under the wheel to which we said no. Car was parked like a child had driven it and then probably the worst thing of all the smell in the car was, and still is, absolutely disgusting. DO NOT use this company under any circumstances.

Booked parking after reading the dreadful reviews I tried to cancel my booking. None of the links worked on my booking I finally got an email address to be told I would have to go through my bank for a charge back as their system is not working. Just be aware when booking this company

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely abysmal from start to finish. Turned up 40 minutes late to collect our cars. Very rude on the phone. Made US pay for the parking tickets on top of the advertised price. Then told us to hurry up on the return after having been told we were in a queue, then had the cheek to ask to leave the keys on the front wheel!! Arrived to my car stinking and parked horrifically. And to wrap up the experience, they lost the parking ticket and left me to deal with it, and pay AGAIN. DO NOT USE.

This company is a SCAM. DO NOT USE!!!!!! I cannot believe their website comes up when doing a Google search. Avoid!!!🚨🚨🚨🚨

Terrible experience with this company, would not recommend. They sent us the wrong drop off location to begin with and then complained when we were late and made us pay for the parking ticket just to drop off the car (£8). Our flight back was delayed and they charged us £20 extra for this even though the delay was completely out of our control. Whoever we spoke with on the phone was rude and had the customer service skills of a wooden peg. Trash was left in the car when we collected it too. The only good thing I can say about this company was that the person who we collected our car from was friendly at least.

I used Heathrow Terminal Park for 8 days while travelling through Heathrow.

When my car was returned, I discovered my dash cam had been removed and later found hidden inside the dashboard. My AirTag was also missing, and its location showed it remained at the company’s premises.

After repeated contact, the company eventually confirmed they had located the AirTag and stated they would return it.

I was unhappy with the handling of the situation and the level of customer service during the complaint process.

Never park there?never leave anything.
Our flight delayed to next day and was asked to pay cash on arrival and been declining to give me my receipt? Left my perfume in the dashboard because i wasnt able to take it with me and it was all gone,stollen.praying everyday for this thief to get his revange.everyday i pray.Lost 3times i paid.Never recomend

Its my fault, I should have checked the reviews before thinking about using this company. To cut the long story short, I paid for meet and greet, on the day of return, I was told a driver would pick me from the airport (apparently in another customer's car) to their car park. I couldn't think of a ridiculous suggestion. I later obliged because I just want to get to my dear car, only to see all four tyres deflated, with damaged valves. The inside was in a terrible mess. Used my portable air inflator remaining no battery. I had to change all four tyres. From my tracking report, they have moved the car a multiple times in my absence. These are broad day criminals. I'm lucky they didn't steal the car.

I have a very disappointing experience with them and here are as follows:

1. They do not have a shuttle to pick you up and they never offered one. They use your car to drop down and pick up so you have to pay extra for parking fee TWICE!!!

2. we nearly missed our flight because we waited 45 mins for them to pick up the car from the airport parking.

3. they charged us an extra £35 to add another day of parking which is almost half the price we paid for the whole 8 days of parking, we paid £78 for 8 days.

in total we dished out nearly £145 which is the same price of the actual official Heathrow parking service. we thought we can save by using cheaper service but ended up paying the same but with an extra inconvenience.

Booked as appeared first on google search! Postcode provided to a housing estate, website and manage my booking facility went to a 404 error page, no-one picks up phone and we are £59 down. Avoid at all costs, reported to google as a scam!

Horrific. After losing my passport and having to extend my parking by a few days, I was charged more than the initial 2 weeks. The payment was made to an individual and I have asked for an invoice for this on the phone, email and in live chat about 10 times and despite me being told I’d get one it’s never been received. They owe me a refund for one night’s parking but ignore my messages and calls. We waited 1 hr 45 mins for the meet and greet on our return. The car was filthy with two pots of chewing gum in it, next to no petrol so it appeared the car had been used. The worst part is the car was dropped off and it was making a weird noise which has got worse over the last few days. Whatever they have done to the car I now need to take it to a garage. I left a voicemail for them yesterday which has been ignored. I will be reporting them to the Independent Appeals Service today but please avoid these at all costs, they should be shut down.
