SCAM - SCAM - SCAM - DO NOTUSE

I booked for 3.30 entry - accepted and no mention at the time of booking that they only opened at 4. Phoned 12 times before arrival as requested - no reply. Followed the post code on the website - couldn't find the place. Eventually got a phone call from a woman who couldn't speak English (this after the last very irate voice message that I left). She said she would send me the postcode. Completely different address.
We gave up and drove to Heathrow Long Stay. Was unable to pre book at that late stage so took a ticket. Cost me £308. Unfortunately due to the driving around and not finding the place, I did not have the luxury of picking and choosing. We just made our flight in the nick of time. A very expensive lesson learnt.

We have since contacted our Credit Card Company who reversed the payment and refunded us.
If more people did this - they would go out of business.

Worst parking company I have ever used.
Terrible communication. we arrived at the holiday inn to drop the car nothing was mentioned that we had to leave our keys there, the car was moved to a remote location away from the airport and apparently very muddy. The person there took other customers to a different terminal as said will be back shortly, we waited around 45 minutes and had to take an uber to the terminal. Upon return they made me pay for the car park at the airport, the car was very dirty on the outside and inside. they mentioned to send a message that they will refund £10 for the wash, of course this didnt happen. I've spent around £45 extra for this bullshit. Now my emails and messages are being ignored and the car is dirty.... Don't use this company!

Our experience is similar to everyone else's and I wish we had seen the reviews! We phoned as instructed and it went through to an answer service. Nobody turned up at Terminal 5 and we had to book another company right there at 3 times the price. We were really lucky that someone from another company was there to help us. It was extremely stressful but at least we didn't experience the pickled up on return as this sounds much worse.

We were left waiting for both drop-off and pick up from Heathrow Terminal 3. Our pick up this morning was particularly bad - our flight was on time yet it took 1.5 hours for our car to be returned to us from the time I notified that we had landed ( it turns out the driver went to T4 rather than T3!) Not only that, when the guy driving our car did arrive, he just got out of the car and left! No apology, no handing over the parking ticket requiring payment for our exit, he just ran off. Judging by the state of our car, the parking area must be a piece of swampland somewhere in West Drayton. I would suggest that people should not use this service.

At drop off I was made to wait 15 minutes before anyone arrived and the person on the phone was not helpful at all.
Collection was even worse. Instead of my car being ready for me, I was waiting and a man in a random car (nothing official from the company) with no company ID showed up telling me he was going to drive me to my car. As a solo female traveller this was incredibly unsafe! I have written to their customer service team but so far no reply.

Update: when I got to my car it had an empty coke bottle in it, a broken charger cable, the radio had been retuned, the seats all adjusted and there were two less bars of petrol in the tank!

Unreliable and rude. Don’t be fooled by low cost. I booked Meet & Greet on departure as well as arrival - on departure nobody was there to pick up my car, and on arrival I was not “met & greeted”, but instead, after a long wait, driven to a dodgy car park by a lovely but visibly scared gentleman who could not understand English (poor guy) to collect my car. Oh and my car had 80 miles extra on the clock, stank of old sweat (not mine!) and I doubt I’ll ever get a refund! Stay well away.

Do not use - I called when I landed as instructed to pick my car up …. The car eventually arrived 2 hours later. I was constantly phoning & they didn’t pick up. I was left standing at night on my own & freezing in the car park - terrible service & not worth the money.

DO NOT USE. Gave them 60 minute warning of arrival , waited a further 90 minutes in the car park and despite being told that they were constantly 10 minutes away they never turned up and I had to catch my plane. There was another lady who'd been waiting for hours for her car to be returned and they refused to pick up her calls. In the end one of the other companies on-site helped and booked my car into their system otherwise I would have missed my flight.

Utterly horrendous - please beware that this NOT an official Heathrow parking company.
Supposed 'valet' parking - but at the drop off time my wife had to keep calling them for 45 minutes before anyone arrived- constantly told 'they're a minute away'. You then have to pay for the short stay parking ticket for your wait! On collection we were told 40/50 minutes - it took an hour and a half and they refused to answer our calls as they continued lying again - 'a minute away' when we could see our car was still locked and unmoving. We were about to get an Uber home and file a stolen car when someone eventually turned up. Just the worst experience. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

On arrrival, we waited for 90 minutes for someone to atrive to collect the car. This was after giving them 60 minutes notice of our arrival time, as required on the booking information.
On our return, we waited to 2 hours to have the car returned to us despite us calling the provided number as required on the booking details. Every time time we called back, we spoke to a different person and they lied about when the car would be back, ranging from a few minutes to 20 minutes. When the car eventually did arrive, it was caked in mud and the footwell of the drivers side was covered in muddy footprints. The staff on the phone are rude and lie consistently, however the driver did understand customer service.
If you use this company, you do so at your peril. You have been warned. There are much better alternatives available.

I booked meet and greet and when I got there was told I had to drive offsite and be ferried back. There were 5 of us loaded into a small prople carrier and once we had handed our car keys over we were told we each had to pay £15 for the return terminal drop off fee. I argued with the guy and told him it was £6 per drop off - complete scam. In fairness the return was much better but I won’t be using them again.

Please, please, please DO NOT book this company! It’s a total scam. We were waiting at Heathrow Short Stay 3 for 2 hours waiting for them to turn up and collect our car even though we rang an hour ahead giving them an accurate collection time. Kept fobbing us off with lies, asking us to leave the keys on the wheel (please don’t do this!) and I had to call my friend who thankfully lived 45 minutes away to collect. Woman on the phone is so rude and it’s clearly just a complete scam. Please avoid. We had 2 toddlers with us and made the plan boarding by the skin of our teeth. They didn’t turn up at all by the way.

Whatever you do, arrange your parking elsewhere. My experience mirrors other reviews here and it's a shame there is no option for zero stars. This was my first time using this company. I made the directed mandatory tel call for Meet and Greet pickup six times - three times it went to answerphone and three times I was told to arrive at car park C, Holiday Inn, West Drayton, which I could not understand. I eventually wrongly assumed that M&G was not available and turned up at the Holiday Inn. Of their own three shuttle buses, two were out of action. The driver of the third ignored both myself and my wife running for it in the road with our cases even though we were only twenty seconds away. It had only two people aboard. After learning about the one hour wait, we had to get a taxi to avoid missing our flight. On return from an overnight flight, we had to wait forty five minutes at the M&G location despite my immediate phone call on arrival. We had left an overnight case in the car behind the front seat whilst away. Didn't realise until we got home, that this was no longer in the car. No sign of car damage or break-in. I have phoned, texted, WhatsApped and e-mailed for five days to retrieve the case and request a refund but received no response at all. I have now reported my stolen case to the Met police.

Like everyone else I wish I had read these reviews before signing up to this bunch of idiots. This was wrong on so many levels - Useless communication, lack of £8 which then took nearly an hour to go round all the other hotels. surly staff who can't speak good English. They only tell you about the extra charges right at the end when they have you. It just goes on. Just do NOT use this.

Do not use this company. Much like the other reviews here, I trusted their website which said 95% satisfaction rating and rapid transfers. Its all a lie.

I rang as advised and no one picked up. Rang again when we arrived and we were greeted by a man in his car, who said he would drive us in my car to the airport. I had paid for park and ride so wasn't comfortable someone else driving my car, but it was the only option. I was advised I'd have to pay the £8 Heathrow drop off fee.

On the way back, I rang as soon as we landed and again no answer. I tried again and then again 20 mins later and was told they would be 50 minutes. I told the woman on the phone we were expecting the instant transfer they claim on the website and she argued with me that I hadn't called, that they were busy and would get there when they get there.

He arrived 20 minutes later, handed me the car and another drop off ticket to pay and walked off. Thankfully the car was ok but I can see two other phones had been connected to it, which meant I wasnt able to see the cars location or mileage via the app while I was away.

It caused a lot of anxiety. Their website is a lie and I plan to report them to the advertising standards association. Do not use.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I foolishly didn’t check Trip Advisor before using this service. This is not a meet and greet in any way. When calling before arrival (as requested) I was asked to not go to the terminal 4 car park to drop off my car, but instead to a Holiday Inn ‘10 mins’ from Heathrow where a man will be waiting for me - my job was to take him with me to Heathrow Terminal 4 because ‘it would be quicker’. When at The Holiday Inn I had to search all car parks for 15 mins before finding a random guy sat in another car. He then jumped in the back of my car. After the 40min journey to the terminal 4 car park we finally dropped him off, gave him my keys before he asked for £8 to get out the car park! I refused. Upon landing, I immediately called the number provided to ask where my car was and was told it would be on level 3 of the car park in 40-50 minutes! After 30mins I could see that my car was still off site (via my car App) but when I called they hung up and then wouldn’t answer. The driver arrived 55 mins later. THIS IS QUITE LITERALLY THE OPPOSITE OF MEET & GREET. Absolute disgrace.

Don’t use it! Hidden charges! Rude stuff and extremely slow to pick up your car or bring it back on arrival!

Having booked meet and greet at Heathrow, terminal three and complied fully with their instructions, I was left awaiting collection of my car for over 45 minutes. Each call to the mobile number listed was either not answered, engaged or eventually answered saying the driver was stuck in traffic. Finally the person on the phone suggested I either leave the key on the front wheel or I could look for alternative parking and get a full refund. I opted for the full refund however, after 5 days of chasing was told the refund was subject to a £20.00 reduction for administration. The salt in the wound however, because of the delay dealing with this company I had very little option but to park at T3 at a cost of £246.00 for three days. I am disgusted with this company service, their response to calls and their unprofessionalism. I would never use this company again.

We booked the parking in advance, but upon arrival everything was completely disorganised. The staff spoke only among themselves in their own language, leaving us confused and without any clear instructions.
We handed over the car keys and were told to wait for a red shuttle bus, which supposedly takes around 30 minutes to arrive. After waiting for a long time and already at risk of missing our flight, we questioned them again and were suddenly told the waiting time would be 5 minutes, which was clearly untrue.
Despite having already paid almost £60 for just two days, we were charged an additional £16 to be taken to the airport. The situation was extremely stressful, as there was no driver available. Eventually, a man arrived with a strong smell of cigarettes and drove us to the airport using our own car.

On our return, we found our car with a flat battery, as the window had been left open and the alarm had been triggered the entire time.
An absolute nightmare. I do not recommend this company at all. This was by far the most frustrating and exhausting parking experience I have ever had.

Website states 4.9/5 Excellent reviews from 14,847 customers. I contacted them to find out where these reviews were so I could make a booking after checking. I was told they don't have reviews. So this information on website is fake and a lie. They stated they do not have reviews because people leave fake reviews. Hopefully this review will prompt them to remove it.
