Dylan & Finley from HEATO did a lot of work for us on our new extension which included the installation of under floor heating, relocating our existing boiler, plumbing for our new kitchen, installation of a decorative radiator and the installation of our new downstairs shower, toilet & handbasin.

They did a fantastic job with all work completed in a timely manner, I would be happy to recommend HEATO to anyone I know.

Would recommend HEATO anytime. Dylan has put a new boiler in for us and just recently a new toilet and hand basin in our newly built downstairs cloakroom. 5 stars from us

Great service very knowledgeable and quick.

Radiators stopped working in flat, and I had renters with a small child who needed the heating. I called Dylan and he came within half an hour to check out the issue. The next day he came again and completed the job. Could not recommend anyone else, he did a great job.

Woke up to no heating or hot water in the house.
Cold winter conditions.
Contacted Heato and advised of the issues and couldn't have been more surprised with the efficient, personal service that I received.
Issue resolved, future advice given and experienced support.

Dylan has recently fitted me a new bathroom suite, and a replacement boiler. He is very helpful, listens to what you want and gives you great ideas and advice he does a brilliant job. I wouldn't use anyone else.

Absolutely brilliant service!! This was our second visit from Heato and we are delighted once again with the products supplied and work that has taken place. Heato have completed a full refurbishment of our bathroom. Dylan was great at explaining the different options available to us and how we can make the most of the small space. Needed a small but tricky plumbing job doing. Dylan came out promptly to quote, and then completed the job promptly with great communication throughout. Would recommend using Heato for plumbing/boiler issues.
