Our experience with Hegarty was truly outstanding. Andrew, our conveyancing solicitor, went above and beyond to assist us. Despite encountering complications on the seller's side, he repeatedly intervened to resolve issues, even drafting a deed to address a title-plan problem. Without his help, we certainly wouldn't have closed on the property. Andrew took the time to explain complex matters clearly, ensuring we always knew what to do next.I highly recommend Hegarty without hesitation. The entire team was fantastic—everyone we interacted with was professional, responsive, and friendly. Given the inherent stress of buying a house, having solicitors who were knowledgeable, efficient, and enjoyable to work with made all the difference.

Our great solicitor
Our solicitor, Jack took plenty of time to explain to us what our LPAs were for and how they can be used. We were able to ask all the questions we wanted to and in no way felt rushed.
Jack was an easy guy to chat with and we were completely at ease in our conversations with him.
It was previous excellent experience with Hegarty Solicitors when we had our Wills drawn up that brought us back to them for our LPAs.

Having not bought or sold a property…
Having not bought or sold a property since 1986 our recent foray into that world was quite a shock ! How things have changed !.
Luckily for us we were recommended to Hegarty LLP and in particular to Jackie Wright. What would we have done without her to hold our hands ! Some of the people we came into contact with on both the buying and selling sides were, shall we say less than considerate to us but throughout the whole saga Jackie was there for us, calm and reassuring, all our numerous queries were dealt with promptly and all was explained to us clearly. At no point did we ever feel that we were being a nuisance.
We sincerely hope that this is our last property transaction but should it prove not to be we certainly know who we want on our side !

Andrew Boullemier at Hegarty has been absolutely fantastic. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of him and without his input and pushing the bottom of the chain the sale would have fallen through. He went above and beyond and his local knowledge of issues, and contacts in Peterborough really helped.

Very Professional and knowledgeable
It was time to review our wills, so we chose Hegarty to guide us through the procedure. The solicitor for wills, trusts and probate was very knowledgeable and advised us about the changes we wanted to make and how to do it legally. An expensive procedure but it needed to be done correctly

Outstanding Team - Very Pleased
We’ve had an exceptionally good experience with Hegarty. Our conveyancing solicitor was Andrew and he was outstanding. We had seller-side complications along the way and Andrew stepped in more than once to unblock things and support us, including drafting a deed to resolve a title-plan issue. I can say without him, we wouldn’t have completed on the property. He’d take his time to break down complex concepts and we were never in doubt about next steps.
Happily recommend Hegarty without reservations. The wider team were brilliant too—everyone we dealt with was professional, responsive and kind. House buying is stressful enough; it made all the difference having solicitors who are knowledgeable, quick and a pleasure to work with.

Would not recommend another solicitor
Despite continuous set backs and delays from other parties in relation to the sale of my property, Andrew at the Market Deeping branch, remained professional at all times and constantly communicated what was happening.
