Always helpful, would recommend
Whilst I didn't want to employ a solicitor, who does, I found Hegarty's to be extremely helpful. At all times my emails to them were answered swiftly. Where necessary, they were happy to call me via telephone if I wanted them to. When I asked for legal terms to be described to me in "laymen's" terms they were very happy to do so and always made it clear every step of the way what was happening with my case.

Hegarty's conveyancer was efficient and everything was completed, apart from the exchange of contracts, which was delayed by another party, in what appeared to me to be a short time.

Professional and reasonable legal experts
We have been working with Andrew Hornsby from Hegarty's for a number of years and would highly recommend his services. We run a construction claims business and use Andrews expertise where we need to elevate matters to court proceedings. Highly recommended. As a first time buyer, I had many questions about the process, which were always answered promptly and professionally by Andrew. This was also true of my correspondence with Louise, Alanah-Rose, or Yvonne. Unfortunately there were some documents that were not held by the Land Registry or the developer, but these were still found by Andrew!
