Scam! Scam! It’s all lies there’s no storefront there’s no two ladies called Helen and Mary! It’s buts all its stuff from all the same factory’s as SHEIN and Temu and pretends the store is having closing down sale! Same items on SHEIN for 15bucks!

They catch you with returns as the return address is a group care home in Missouri. Affirm has been told about this company and still works with them!

DO NOT order from this website or HelenandMargaret it is a SCAM. £250 of items arrived this morning & every single one of them went in the bin. The worse clothes production I have ever seen, so much so I wouldn’t even give it to charity!!

Not a Melbourne company. Item arrived after a three week wait from an international place, somewhere? Dress not at all as advertised. Poor quality material and stitching. Doesn't look anything like photo of dress.Please do not order from this company. When I complained about quality and wanting to return, they asked for photographs. They should know what the item they sold looks like. This is a scam company

Horrible customer service. I STILL have not received a credit that they promised for my return. Sizes run small, NOT like description and poor quality! But they still will get your money and NOT offer you a return even though they say they will. Been getting the run around for over 3 months! HORRIBLE….AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

This is totally a SCAM website. They cheat people by pricing their clothes high in order we believe in the quality. It's less than a piece of shit. I swear, I can't use it as a duster in my house...it's THAT bad quality! I would not pay $1 for the shit they sold me for $79. I bought 3 dresses, paid $200 for 3 pieces of shit. DO NOT BUY ANY CLOTHES from this site. Trust me.

Wow I was reading the reviews and they are negative. Exactly what I wanted to write. Cheap clothing. Not what I expected. I want to return my dress. I’ve sent them two emails with no response. No wonder they don’t have a phone number listed

PSA. I WISH I had read the reviews before purchasing!! Buyer beware of anything from Helen & Mary. I was looking for a dress for my nieces wedding. What I saw in the picture for $69 was not what I received in the mail. It is the cheapest piece of shit I have ever laid my hands on. Some of my Halloween costumes have better quality. And of course I was only offered a 40% refund on the return and I had purchased two, because I didn’t know what size I would be. Save your money and major aggravation and stay away from this one!!! 😩 😡

If I could do a minus I would. Fabric quality sub standard. Dress arrived late and I’m unable to get a response from them to refund it. Do anyone know, how to get hold of trading standards, for the quality and false advertising.

I wouldn’t even give this store 1 star. They are a scam, probably through China. The dress I received was very poor quality, not the material advertised, and they tried to negotiate my return! The fabric was not even sewn correctly to match the image of the dress! Do not buy from them!!!!

I would give them a negative if possible. Complete scam, don’t waste your time. Product quality is disgraceful, nothing at all like advertised not even the right patterns entirely. My packing came form the same folks to ship for temu and the internal labels said that’s for shopping with Ruth and Ann, not even the same BRAND. And I am jumping through hoops to get a return and it’s not looking good. DONT NOT SPEND MONEY HERE

If I could give less than one star I would. The site shows appealing ladies wear. What you get is absolutely dismal. Cheap, flimsy, lower product than what you can get at a cheap Department store. Then the return/complaint process begins and you know you've been scammed. Don't go there!

I ordered over $170 worth of dresses and they are garbage.
Stuck in an email loop- then got blocked. I mailed the dresses to the return address on their website- Their return policy states:

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

But I mailed it (certified mail) along with detailed notes written on the printouts of their dresses' ads.
They RETURNED the dresses to sender!
Then both SHOP/AFFIRM denied my dispute- this is not how business is done.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM SITE.

They need a zero star option. Absolutely garbage scam company!! Hassling me for a refund, not providing products as described, and lying about their return policy. They need to be shut down!!

THIS IS A SCAM!! ALL THEIR CLOTHES ARE FROM SHEIN. EVERY SINGLE ITEM.

No brand labels on their clothes, all packages in shein labeled packages.

They send what you are purchasing, but expect a run around to get any exchange and/or refund. I will NEVER shop through them again. Sketchy company with return address to Jeanerette, LA and a the most frustrating and repetitive email replies with zero ease of return. Just say goodbye to your money plus poor quality of clothing.

Garbage product, likely made and shipped directly from overseas. Doesn't look like the image and is VERY overpriced.

SCAM!!! Instagram influences me. Reverse image searched the dress I bought AFTER I bought it and it was a SHEIN dress for $14, instead of $65. They are just drop shipping terrible quality products. Do not buy from here. They do not respond to emails, I’ve tried to get my money back and stop the shipment without success.

Avoid this company. Poorly made clothing and they don’t give your money back.
