I currently can't get my meds refilled because there is no refill available at my pharmacy. I am so confused on what to do or how to fix this so I can get my meds. My pharmacy was no help as well. They were very annoyed with me and couldn't tell me what to do.

I had a great experience with my online weight loss provider. The process was simple, convenient, and respectful. The provider took time to review my history, explain options clearly, and create a plan tailored to my goals. I appreciated the ongoing support and how easy it was to communicate with the office. Very responsive communication. When your normal provider is unavailable, you're always given the option to wait for your normal provider or to access any available provider. This is a great option so that the patient can determine what can't wait.

The downside is, you cannot pay for the basic plan, even though you are within the maximum number of visits, if you have medication prescribed. In addition, if your insurance requires a prior auth, alpha will certainly help with that, but they do not go beyond that to fight a denial.

Thoroughly enjoy this service. The doctors and nurses listen, and work to help get you on the right medication. I've only used it for birth control, thus far, but have had an extremely easy and enjoyable experience each time.

Everything and everyone has been great to work with. If I have a question they are very quick to answer the question.

I have been using Hello Alpha for several years now. It is a very easy process. Start a virtual visit, add your symptoms and some notes. Providers get back to you quickly and are very helpful. For example, I had a UTI. It was the weekend and my regular doctors office was closed. I have urine dipsticks at home. I added the results for my urine dipstick. Added that I usually get a yeast infection and require Diflucan with antibiotics. No worries. In a few hours they sent over an antibiotic and Diflucan for me for pick up at my local pharmacy.

I feel like Hello Alpha was so much better back then. Now the communication seems to have gotten worse. I am having a hard time getting a simple refill for my medication. It used to never be this hard. I was prescribed a 3 month supply of meds from here 3 months ago and I really like the medication. It has helped with my extremely heavy periods. Last week I submitted a return visit for $15 and asked for a refill. Dr Fawn Townsend is refusing to prescribe me the meds. It has been days of going back and forth with Dr Fawn Townsend. I told her the meds I want a refill for has helped so much and she dosen't care. She is doing anything to not prescribe me the meds. She is trying to get me to see an in person provider for a cervical cancer screening, pregnancy testing, blood work including a CBC, coagulation screening, thyroid screening, anemia testing, pelvic exam, transvaginal ultrasound, and possibly get an IUD. LOL this lady is ridiculous I am not about to have all of that done. Like this is a joke right? She wasted my time and I'm so mad. The whole point of me using Hello Alpha is so I won't need an in person provider. I'm not sure why this lady is making it so hard. Luckily I found the same medicine online without a prescription. It's more expensive but worth it. I am done with Hello Alpha for good. You guys lost a long time customer. They also said they will not give me a refund. Looks like I'm going to have to file a chargeback with my bank. Before you pay anything just know they won't give you your money back no matter what. Sadly after years of using Hello Alpha I have to find a different service. It shouldn't be this hard to get a simple refill. Back then I used to request refills from here and it would be so fast and easy. It is sad to see how bad this company has gotten.

I love hello alpha, it is so much easier than telehealth or in person doctors' visits. I just fill out a questionnaire and get my birth control and anti-depressants delivered straight to my house.

They charged me for a month of consultations, accepted my intake form (which they didn’t read properly), denied to treat me (for a reason that makes no sense) despite accepting my intake form, and then said I couldn’t get a refund for the month of consultations I paid for.

They always are considerate of my needs. Very quick responses.
