We used Klyk to help us test, repair and recycle some laptops and it was great - so much quicker and cheaper than going to Apple direct. Normally, I'd have to book appts and spend a lot of time waiting (in-person) at the Genius bar plus a few more weeks whilst they did the repairs and replacements. With Klyk it was so much more convenient and equally as good. They collected the devices from us (no trip to Apple store for me!) and the testing, repair and delivery back to us was done within a few business days which was great as I needed a quick turnaround. The service was super seamless, communication quick and the devices sent back to us carefully packaged and in great condition too. Thank you Asad and the team at Klyk!

But honesty, the whole team has been brilliant. Costa, Stian, Irene, Isa, Beth, Amina, Rex, Deeya, Jamil, Rajat, and I’m sure many more people behind the scenes too! Every interaction has been quick, human, and helpful, which is refreshing in a space where you’re often made to feel like a ticket number.

I contacted Klyk to help with the installation of printing software. Isa responded very quickly to me raising a ticket and scheduled a convenient time for him to remotely take control of my device and install the software. We quickly ran into issues with the software installer which was faulty and out of date. Isa thoroughly investigated the issue and even after discovering that the issue was with the software provider, he continued to troubleshoot and monitor the issue.

Great proactive experience from Lewis where he dealt with my initial request efficiently and then moved on to try different approaches to resolving an open request which looks like it has done the trick. Much appreciated.
