I had been using another provider for 5yrs so was obviously apprehensive about switching as I had it running perfectly and knew it inside out. We had to switch due to courier issues and I was reluctant to do so as it would mean having to learn it all over again.

I'm glad I did as after just a few days I was able to complete my dispatch process so much quicker than before. The team were always on hand to run me through any issues that I had (thanks Harry) and nothing was ever too much trouble. The system itself is so easy to use and there are aspects of it that I never thought I needed. So glad we switched.

Currently in the process of onboarding and have to say it is a great value software to streamline warehouse operations.
From initial scoping out processes with Kane, to onboarding with Harry I really cannot fault the team. I have implemented a few different WMS's over the years and this software definitely offers the best value for money.
The service to date has been exemplary.
Look forward to working with the team moving forward.

Mis-sold and now stuck in a 12 month contract!
Think very carefully before agreeing to a 12 month contract. During the sales call I was assured that Amazon buy shipping worked through their platform. I was even shown a dummy account and shown the procedure I would use to buy said shipping. I went through the long onboarding process to the day I would go live! Then it happened ERROR label format incorrect. I submitted a support ticket on 31st October. The support team blamed Amazon and told me to contact Amazon MYSELF and investigate the issue MYSELF! They washed their hands of me. After 2 months I pushed hard to get it fixed and was told "we have gone above and beyond to fix this issue." I gave up and went to a competitor. The competitor company fixed the issue in 5 minutes. I then emailed despatch cloud on how to fix the issue (for other customers sakes!) and they IGNORED my emails! Support team are awful to deal with and do not want to resolve any of my issues. The support them failed to act on other issues as well. I am now stuck paying £360 a month for a service I am not using.

Despatch Cloud has significantly improved our order processing! Kane was extremely thorough in understanding our business needs and the goals I wanted to achieve. He facilitated the integration with one of our Dangerous Goods Carriers, which has greatly accelerated our booking process.

A special mention to Arda, who handled our onboarding. His deep knowledge of the system and clear explanations made everything easy to grasp. He also implemented a custom integration, enabling us to track unpaid orders.

The aftercare support has been outstanding, and I highly recommend!

We’ve been shipping through multiple networks for many years and been utilising a variety of in house development and courier specific APIs for creation of shipments and tracking. Despatch cloud have streamlined our solution massively. All networks we use are supported and means we can manage just one set of API calls. This has reduced our in house burden. The implementation team have been brilliant and the documentation available is clear and concise for additional workflows needed. They have so much to assist the logistics, and it all started with a simple tracking request support call. Can’t recommend them enough. Jurassic park.

I've heard great things about Despatch Cloud from my friend who's been using it for a while now. They've mentioned how it significantly improved their business operations. I'm currently looking into it for my own business, and the idea of streamlining order processing and ensuring accurate stock levels sounds very appealing. The positive feedback about their customer support is reassuring as well. I'm definitely leaning towards giving it a try!

I have been using despatch cloud for a few years now. Updating inventory is fast and easy. The processing of orders is pretty seamless and thanks to the barcoding system we have, there is zero mistakes when it comes to packing. We recently set up a new sales channel (TikTok Shop) which was easy thanks to the support team being on hand to help.I would recommend this software

Fantastic piece of software that streamlines the whole e-commerce progress.
Orders are available straight away on dispatch cloud, saving time and subsequently massively improving efficiency.
The user interface is so straightforward to use, reducing mistakes and enabling for accurate stock levels to be maintained automatically.
Would highly recommend!

I have used Despatch Cloud Orders since 2011 for shipping eBay orders and have been very happy with it, It is simple to use, and marks the orders on eBay as shipped so I do not have to do it myself. I would recommend it.

Michara, Becky, Sam were all super commited and appreciative of my project, making sure they understand it to put the right product and adding value to my business, Adam Rigsby took time to onboard me explaining me the software and aligning solutions to all the challenges my business was facing. The product is amazing, but what's more amazing is the people of this company. I recommend.

We are a user of Despatch Clouds Courier and Channel Manager products both of which are fabulous APIs. My experience with the platform today thrilled me so much that I had to share it. I was testing our connection to Channel Manager and my Shopify store when I completed 4 orders. By the time I had generated the labels then logged into Shopify all 4 orders were already fulfilled. This might sound a bit of a non event but for those that understand APIs, rate limits and webhooks/cron jobs this was basically a miracle in action. We have access to 25 sales channels and marketplaces with new ones being added all of the time meaning we never ever have to worry about our channels and our customers orders not pulling in or updating. If you have an application that requires Channel or Courier connections and you are not talking to these guys you need to pick up the phone.

We have been using Despatch Cloud for some time. Has been great for us, we have grown a lot over Covid and even with the Brexit documentation requirements, Despatch Cloud have eased this through. Paperless picking with totes have been a big efficiency gain which has paid for the cost of the system. It has been a good for us and I am happy to recommend.

Has been a very positive experience for us. We were invited to visit them insight. Matthew is a very impressive young man, who clearly knows what he is talking about. My developer was impressed with him, though I admit that went over my head.

Onboarding took some time but we have a lot of kit products which were in a bit of a mess so we took the opportunity to out those right.

We were given their latest version of their software, we did find a bug in it but it was fixed quickly so we didn't really lose anything more than the five minutes it took to explain the issue. Everything else seems like just a matter of training the people here.

Despatch Cloud is a lot easier to use, and the consensus has been it is faster. Can't verify as I never checked the previous system.

Overall very happy client for the warehouse management system. Wish Matthew all the best as he tries to conquer the world.

I would just like to say that we have been working with Despatch Cloud for nearly 2 years and cannot fault them, they are diligent, professional and will always go the extra mile to ensure you are happy. An excellent team with great technical knowledge.

Despatch cloud literally changed my business!! After being stuck at 10 working days dispatch for months we got down to 3 working days in just 2 weeks using despatch cloud! The team are incredible! It’s a fully worthy Investment fir your business!

We have been working with Despatch Cloud for 6 months now to power our 3PL and we are very impressed. Ross and his team went out of their way to show us what the product was capable of but the big winners for us was the vast amount of channel integrations and courier plus paperless pick and pack. We are about to be moved to their brand new version of the software which is faster, easier and more intuitive than the last. Support is UK based by ticket and/or phone, I would highly recommend Despatch Cloud to everyone.

Works well enough, happy with the price

Absolute time & money saver - the most critical part of running our ecommerce business. We sell on various sales channels (Shopify, OnBuy, Fruugo, Amazon, eBay etc) and all orders are pulled directly into Despatch Cloud and shipped with one click. The platform is so easy to use, and has saved us hours and hours of manual fulfilment and greatly reduced packing errors. The support team is fantastic and we've tweaked the system to run just as we need. It's an incredible system and I would recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their ecommerce fulfilment systems.

I have used Desaptchcloud.com for over 1 year now.

On their Gold plan, Matthew and his team created a plug in which makes a huge difference to processing orders to our specifications and makes a significant annual cost saving.

The support for the most part has been very good, but I have needed to chase up a couple of times on one issue, but was not a critical issues so I can forgive them for that.

Overall Despatch Clouds integrations with the couriers we use and the stock synchronisation with Amazon and Fruugo save us a lot of time and therefore money and far exceeds the costs of the service.

I do check alternatives from time to time but for the moment very happy to use Despatch Cloud.
