We allow customers to transfer money from their debit or credit cards into MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, and M-PESA in Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). We also allow customers to pay businesses directly to their Safaricom M-PESA Buy Goods Till Numbers in Kenya, or MTN MoMo Pay Codes in Rwanda. A customer is not required to sign up with HeptaPay in order to transact. HeptaPay accepts payment via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express debit cards from anywhere in the world.

Quick, Easy, Convenient but Very Expensive
The remition of funds is very quick (almost immediate) but the fees are high. It cost me about $12 more than using other methods to send money from Kenya to Rwanda, due to the high exchange rate.
It's good for an emergency and it gives the option of paying by debit or credit card, but for regular use it can get expensive.
UPDATE: Following the response from the company, I would like to add why I said my fee was high. Yes, the fee charged was $6.96. However, I compared the end result i.e. How much the receiver would get using Heptapay vs M-Pesa global and the higher exchange rate using Heptapay meant that a further $12.00 dollars goes towards the rate. So that's why I indicated a high exchange fee of roughly $12 which is higher than the other services I compared with. And that's because the site will not accept local currency (Kenya shillings) as payment when sending from Kenya to Rwanda, and the payment can only be made (by card) in USD.
As a first time user, yes the remission is very fast but the exchange rates are definitely higher. It would be helpful if users could pay in their local currencies when sending abroad.

Hello. The fees charged on your transaction was $6.96, not the $12+ you speak of. Any other fees that you may have been charged were from your financial institution, and you should engage them on their forex offerings. That aside, you're right: Our price is a reflection of quality service we provide. With us, you get what you pay for: speed, convenience, and a reliable service that completed your transaction within 3 minutes from when you visited our website, and within 13 seconds after you finished paying. No other service does it like we do. 😎

You guys are scammers . I only got the first transfer of 5 usd , another transaction of 102 usd never reached yet it was deducted from the sender .
It's like you just lure prospects with low value transaction snd get hold of the second.

I was supported professionally
I was supported professionally, promptly and friendly. Transferring money from US to Kigali was way cheaper than I expected. I saved so much money that would have been paid as transfer charges if I used other platforms. I’m definitely sticking to Hepta pay.
