We also allow customers to pay businesses directly to their Safaricom M-PESA Buy Goods Till Numbers in Kenya, or MTN MoMo Pay Codes in Rwanda. So my revolut had a huge delay with transfering money to my Momo. Besides the rates being a bit off ( not by a lot, as they do what is promised), I received my money in like 10 minutes. It's great for emergencies, so I would recommend it.

Fastest Service ever experience

When I initiated the transfer/payment it hit my mobile with seconds less than 10 seconds the transaction was complete, and I was like what a hell is happening today? I was over excited 😆😆

I'm a returning customer

I'm a returning customer, I gave a very good review the first time I used you, today I'm a disappointed returning customer,mostly with the customer service department, I made my transactions,took hours to reflect, I contacted customer service for help, they end up telling me my cards have issues, and not even giving enough information, they go ahead and tell me they will refund my transaction in 10 business days, money that was supposed to help someone at the hospital, I contacted them again they ignore me but I can see they are replying to a friend I had referred, worst experience

I was confused how to reach the airport…

I was confused how to reach the airport without Kenyan shilling not even usd currency I only had my money on bank which was local but Heptapay changed everything at moment and I paid directly without exchanging the money but only using Heptapay I manage to pay my trip to the airport.

Huge delay on transactions

I haven't received the money after transferring money from my card to mpesa. After complaining and sending several mails i receive a mail saying the transaction has been cancelled. I ask my bank they say that the website is holding the amount for 3 Weeks. Thats ticket money somebody was to travel what kind of inconvenience is this. Verrrry disappointed
