We also allow customers to pay businesses directly to their Safaricom M-PESA Buy Goods Till Numbers in Kenya, or MTN MoMo Pay Codes in Rwanda. Shocking service

Shocking service, no email response, and no ohine number, have kept our money needed for medication. A second transaction was then done, using my wifes details and the money also didnt show in the airtel account. This time the excuse was we dont know the email address, however this is not true, we have even provided the transaction report from our bank.. They are doing their best to keep peoples money. In your latest transaction, by your own admission, you entered the wrong phone number. This is despite us adding your phone number to our whitelist to allow you to verify details before proceeding.

As such, as we explained to you on email barely moments after your transaction was completed, we do not have your money. Your funds were sent to the phone number you entered while transacting, and, regrettably, the funds were already consumed by the time of your report.
