The process was rather easy, and I did create a will, living trust, financial and health powers of attorney documents. I printed them to study more in depth as they are somewhat complex to fully understand. I'm at the point of taking these to a notary public to complete all the signatures. It did not provide the guidance I later learned is necessary for transferring assets to the trust. I want to avoid using a lawyer if possible so I want to be sure I know all the legal procedures required to ensure these are valid, legal documents. It was totally free, which I found remarkable after seeing so many ads for advice requiring purchases.

It was simple .easy to follow and the living will I wasn't expecting but a must have. Thank you for explanations , I learned a little in the process.
