Our reputation is built upon a combination of high-level customer service and care, and the ability to provide a large stock of domestic appliances at extremely competitive prices, as a result of close relationships with major manufacturers and being part of Euronics. We therefore believe that we have found the right balance between being able to care for the needs of every individual customer, whilst still often being able to offer the same products and prices as the biggest retailers in this field. Our team of delivery drivers and engineers are able to install every product we sell, as well as being able to demonstrate to customers how their new appliance works, and answering any queries on this matter. Meanwhile, our sales team are immediately on hand to fix any subsequent issues, as opposed to having to go through call centres and long queues. Superb service
Superb service, I ordered a washing machine online, very easy to use website, I was sent an email the day before the delivery date giving a three hour delivery time. The machine was delivered on time, all packaging removed and taken away, and the machine placed in my kitchen as requested, I didn't pay for installation. The old machine taken away as requested and paid for. The delivery guys where friendly and professional. This is my third time of using Herne Bay Domestics and I will continue to do so, I suggest you give them a try too.

I can only echo other sentiments here
I can only echo other sentiments here! I phoned Tuesday, an engineer called Wednesday and unfortunately our dishwasher was dead! A new one was installed Thursday. We were out but we allowed the guys in and it was all done and they phoned to let us know it was sorted. The service at this company is definitely 5 star!

Amazing Service!!!
We've just had Leo pop in to fit a new part to our tumble dryer. He's been great at calling before he arrives, very polite, friendly, efficient, and very happy to explain what he was doing, and what was needed.
The company is very good at getting back to me and keeping me updated.
Used them for years and wouldn't use anyone else!!
17/03/2025 - update - when a different issue was identified after the part was fitted to our tumble dryer, Leo checked up on what was happening by calling me, and even offered to fit us into his full schedule the day before his days off. When he popped back again he carefully analysed the latest issue, and he was able to resolve it. I found the customer service amazing, and was very pleasantly surprised that no further call out charges were made for resolving the problems.
We've felt properly looked after as customers of HB Domestics!!! Thank you again!!

What an amazing company
What an amazing company! When my dishwasher wouldn't fit into my new kitchen, they swapped it for a slimline the same day! Nothing was too much for them, and they were incredibly polite and supportive. Even the man who delivered the second machine was lovely! I would definitely use them again.

I needed an urgent dishwasher replacement and Nick was so helpful. He quoted a reasonable price and arranged the fitting just 2 days later. This went very smoothly and I am delighted with the excellent service that I received.

Think i have use this type firm around three times now. Today (Jan'25), They fitted a new washing machine for my parents and removed the old one. Kind staff. Excellent service from start to finish. Would highly recommend plus competitive prices.

I needed a new Fridge/Freezer.
I firstly went on their website, to compare models and prices.
Having earmarked a couple of models, I went into the shop to make my final decision.
The member of staff was helpful without being "in my face"
Having made my purchase, a delivery time and date that best suited me.
The delivery staff were polite, and ensured that the item was correctly installed, as well as explaining a few do's and don'ts.
Herne Bay Domestics are everything that a retailer should be, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I rarely leave reviews, but had such a great experience with this company, felt I needed to shout about it!
From ordering via their clear and easy website, through to the delivery and installation, the whole process was seamless and straight forward, a rarity for some companies nowadays. They were comparable price wise with curry’s and AO and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Well done Herne Bay Domestics!

Replacement fridge
Needed a replacement fridge ASAP was able to call in the Herne bay shop order and pay then drive down to the minster warehouse and collect,all done in less than an hour. Great service.
