The dresses I ordered were complete garbage. Not as advertised. Got medium but fit like a small. Tried to send it back was told it was too expensive to send back. They finally offered me a 50% refund after arguing with them for days. Wasn't happy about it but though better then nothing. Finally got my refund after over a month of more back and forth. Only to find out the refund did not include shipping fees so I paid $84 and got $33 back. So I wasted $51 dollars on dresses that are not wearable. Poor quality and poor customer service.

Parcel got lost. Delivery company told me to get in touch with Hexalty to start a refund. Hexalty said they would send replacement and not to worry. Its been months of me asking about replacement now they want my id, a handwritten statement and receipt. DO NOT BUY!

Absolutely rubbish product, no support whatsoever and the influencers advertising this brand should be stopped from advertising them.
No customer service and no correspondence for refunds.
Keep away people🤬

If I could give you no stars I would! I'm making sure that no-one buys from this company. I cannot wear the bra, a medium looks like XL and very poor material

If there was a zero I would make it a zero! Still on going dispute with their customer service for a return. The items 2 bras were huge and cheap. They gave me a run around for returning and then said they would send smaller size. I did not receive package. They sent me pic of delivered but it did not show an address or look like my home? Then they told me to send a hand written message to say I didn’t receive my items and a photo of myself and ID ?? What do I do with this??

DO NOT fall for this scam. The product, strapless bra is garbage. The quality is cheap and flimsy and does not stay in place as advertised. Their sizing is way off and as a result the item was way too large. No refund was available as I was told it was a buy one get one free special and did not qualify for a refund.
Don't waste your money. I've seen better quality from TEMU.

I would give ZERO stars if possible. The order took over 8 weeks to make it to the US and then it was deemed "undeliverable". No one contacted me, I contacted them to see what was up. They said they would send another even though I asked for a refund instead. That order took 2 weeks. The product was TERRIBLE! Below poor quality. It would have to improve to be poor. Not as advertised. Now they want to charge me $23 to return it even though the whole order was only $45. They acted very gracious by offering me $6.89 (15%) to just keep the order and save the return. Ridiculous!! DO NOT FALL FOR IT LIKE I DID!!!

Don’t bother, bad fit, cheap material, nothing like what was advertised

Im very disappointed. I used their sizing guide to choose which to order. I was borderline between S and M. Im 36A.

I read to size down so I ordered the small. It is so loose and saggy.

The quality is poor. No nice stretch or twang like in all the ads. The padding has what looks like a dimple right over the nipple which looks very odd.

The silicon strip at the top is so narrow and loose it doesnt even make contact with my skin. I definitely wont be able to wear these under anything but a very tight top that will hold it in place.

Nothing like the advert at all, bought the bandeau tractor, definitely can’t bounce about without it falling down, quality is awful, and if you want a refund they take €20 off your return amount, so not worth the hassle

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY ,QUALITY IS NOT WHAT THEY SHOW ALSO ASKING FOR REFUNDS IS A JOKE

Having watched lots of videos promoting the strapless bras, I took the plunge and orderrd.
When they arrived disappointing is an understatement! They were cheap, badly shaped and huge. They no way do what they say and offer no support what so ever.
When I complained, after receiving a generic apology about quality I was offered another item free of charge. Why would I do that when the first one was so disappointing?
Then they offered me 15% refund and keep the items, or return and forfeit 20 euros 🤔
Very poor quality and even worse customer service.

I wish I read these reviews before purchasing these atrocious products. All I have to say is that they should be ashamed of themselves for scamming people for rubbish items. They should shut this so-called business down RIGHT NOW!!!

Please do not be conned by this company. The Strapless bras are RUBBISH and nothing like what they are described. Also don't believe the free returns policy as they don't let you return and say they'll send you different items instead, which are equally rubbish. So frustrated I was sucked in by the website. Avoid!

If i could give minus stars i would. I ordered x2 strapless bras and used their size guide and measured myself. Truly awful fit - way too big and material limp and thin so no hope of any support. I emailed the company to ask how i get a refund and all i got back was an email from allegedly the CEO and founder saying they had had issues in manufacturing and they had a backlog of customer service complaints and no instruction for returns. If they had enough time to send that, why did they not just send the instructions i asked for? That was 3 weeks ago and have had no communication except continually sending me 20% off etc type emails. Why would i want to buy from them again when their products are clearly not as advertised! Awful product, very, very poor customer service and no returns procedure whether written on invoice OR on website. Steer clear awful company and feel like i've been scammed!

this bras doesn't hold your breast at all. no returns they said is more expensive to return, i kept asking for their address and they declined to give me their location and just refunded 30% horrible experience

Poor Quality & Flawed Design: the items look nothing like the advertised pictures, the material is cheap, thin, and flimsy.Lack of Support: the bras offer virtually no support and fail to stay up properly.Inaccurate Sizing: the sizing runs massively oversized compared to the provided size guides.

The bra’s took weeks to arrive and when they did they were useless poor quality and fitting. I emailed for a return label and got a email offering 30% refund. The advert clearly says “30day fit guarantee, free returns no questions “ they said I would have to pay to send them back !! I had purchased them with PayPal so I put it in their hands and got an immediate refund. Well done Paypal.

Received an order. Items were too big. Actually managed to get customer service help and they said they would send out replacements and not to worry about sending back. Received the replacements and they are no different than the original just the label a smaller size. Quality is bad. Great I got replacements but still wasted £30 for 4 bras I can never wear. Don’t waste your money

Really shocking product. Swayed by shiny ad. After many back and forth they agreed to refund - that has yet to happen so will keep an eye out. Again, people , please check reviews before parting with your hard earned cash!! Loads of these ‘start up’s from china flooding social media with ads…
