I read Hexalty reviews and ordered in that basis. Wished I had read these first. Ordered the ‘amazing’ strapless bandeau bras and they were NOT as described. No seen in cups, cheap cotton with elastane which could have held a bag of feathers in place. Absolute waste of money and now I can’t get a refund as they’ve gone radio silence in me. Why oh why do I keep falling for this cheap crap online!! Cos I’m an idiot, that’s why! ZERO STARS!!

I wish I had checked beforehand. This has taught me a valuable lesson; please check any online purchases from now on. As we now know, they are of bad quality, do not fit as stated, and I can't believe women lie and promote this crap. They ignored my email.

Less than 1 star. These strapless bras are all over social media with 5star reviews. It is a scam the bras are awful. They are way to big offer no support whatsoever and are only fit for the bin

Update: I have been told I will get a full refund in 3-5 days keep on at them!

Absolutely crap do not buy and wast your money, went straight into the bin, rip off company do not listen to the reviews it’s all lies, shop and Klarna need to get shut of these rip off companies.

Cheap, rubbish quality bras. I tried and tried to get them to give me the address to return the 2 bandeau bras without success. I finally emailed them 3 times saying I would return the items to the address on the package but heard nothing. Finally I posted them with tracking and emailed the number to them About a week later they emailed to say not to post it but would I accept a 30% refund. I have answered no. Not holding my breath to get anything.

Ordered two bras from them. Followed their size guide and ordered a medium. The bras arrived after about 3 weeks - far too big and poor quality. They advised me that I couldn’t get a refund (which was incorrect) every email - they took over 3 days to reply. Dodged giving me a refund and ended up going to my
Credit Card provider for the refund. DO NOT use them

Agreed, wish I’d read reviews before buying. Ordered 2 strapless bras, which promised to be amazing!!!!! What an absolute waste of money. I ordered a size M as recommended. The bras are much too big and very loose, absolutely NO support whatsoever. I would advise DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Total rubbish only fit for the bin

SCAM. DO NOT BUY. Products are not what’s advertised. Customer service is non existent. You will not get a refund, return, exchange. Nothing.

Poor fit bras finally came a long time after the advertised delivery date. Requested a return but it was rejected, even though it was advertised on their website. Totally unacceptable customer service - don’t buy from this company

If I could give no stars I would. I wish I had seen the reviews before buying. The quality of the clothes is absolutely terrible. The underwear is pictured all over socials and looks brilliant, in reality it is cheap nasty rubbish, loose and baggy and nothing like their description. And they were not cheap. They will not answer emails to arrange return and refund. AVOID.

The quality is awful and not as described. I’ve tried to arrange a return but they don’t answer emails. Plus website states they deduct €20 for a return!!!

I wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered from this company. Items arrived damaged and extremely poor quality. AVOID using this company at all costs. No response to my emails asking for a refund.
Update; I have received a response saying they are going to refund the total amount.

Don’t order from this company. I ordered 2 strapless bras bogof, the quality was atrocious. The padding in the bra didn’t sit right and it was the worse bra I have ever tried on. It says free returns within 30 days but when I checked the return policy they were charging €20 for you to return the crappy product! This means you only get back £5 from the £25 you gave them. Terrible company stay clear

Do not waste your money.

The bras do not fit, even using the sizing guide, they came up far too big. They do not hold you up securely. Material is cheap and nasty looking. Despite the website saying they offer 100% refund, i have been offered 30%. What a joke! take ages to respond.

Ordered two bras, told they would turn up in 8-10 days, this was 20 days ago. Emailed to see what was happening and apparently they are in transit so they can't give refunds. Absolute scammers. I'm assuming I will never receive the goods I paid for!!!

It’s a scam. I ordered two strapless bras. They are awful quality and not the same bra that is advertised on the model. The returns charge is 20euros and must be requested within 30 days of purchase, it took 24 days for the awful quality bras to arrive. It is a scam and should be avoided

An absolute scam.Very poor quality, cheap, stinking material with no stretch in it at all.Stiching is coming off,bra pads are bended in many places.0 quality, and £20 coast if you want to return.

The bathing suit sizes were way off. It took forever to get them and I ordered two. I told them I would send them back and they could send me a correct size. They never sent me a correct size and the entire summer has gone by and I still have no bathing suits -terrible company, customer service takes three months to respond to an email and there’s no follow through.
