Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns. We want to clarify one important point: our roasting racks are not hand painted. They are manufactured with a heat-safe, food-contact coating specifically designed for oven use. There is no hand-applied paint involved in the production process.

We understand how concerning it must have been to see material on the rack and worry about it transferring to food. That’s absolutely not something we take lightly. The coating used on our racks is designed to withstand normal roasting temperatures, but if you experienced softening or flaking, we want that reviewed carefully.

We can confirm that we have received the photos you submitted through the customer link, and our team has reviewed them. Your case has been escalated internally for further evaluation to ensure it is properly assessed.

If you have any additional information to share or would like further clarification, please continue the conversation through the existing email thread so it remains with the same support team handling your case.

Where are my pans?

I ordered a pack of 2 pans a month ago as a Christmas gift but only one pan was sent. Customer services said a week ago that my correct order would be sent out straight away but still no pans and they can't even give me a date as to when they will be sent. I'm deeply unimpressed :-(

The customer service staff were…

The customer service staff were excellent. Professional, polite & prompt when answering queries. There were issues with my delivery which they speedily clarified. The delivery tracking told me that I was to receive one parcel. The packing slip and their website stated that my order was complete, yet the parcel only contained half the order. A second parcel, with the balance, arrived some days later. A bit disorganised, but thanks to the service staff, it was resolved quickly.

I am very happy with your customer support and service

I am very happy with your customer service. The claim was easy to submit. Response was almost immediate. I had sent the video and described the problem. An email acknowledgement, asked for address for replacement and a small request. Email sent almost immediately and stated replacement on way in a few days. Many other companies could use you as an example

Wonderful customer service

Missing items, quick resolution

I placed an order with HexClad on November 21. I received a partial shipment on Monday, December 1, but did not receive my other box. This morning, December 3, I noticed a tracking number for my 2nd box but no delivery information. I sent an email to HexClad and received a response quickly. Jan D. Was very responsive and by the end of the business day, she made sure my 2nd box was on its way. This is a Christmas gift for my son (I got my HexClad set for my birthday last year and love it!) and Jan D.’s quick work and excellent customer service will ensure my son has a wonderful Christmas thanks to HexClad!
