Absolutely brilliant service from beginning to end from the Fareham branch. The staff involved, from the office, to the guys who did the clearance, were all fantastic. Friendly, professional and very reassuring at every point. I cannot thank them enough for making a very difficult situation, so much easier to deal with. Richard and Jack were really friendly and professional. They did a great job even when it was a bit more complex than originally thought! We had a greenhouse, old shed and compost box removed, and they were careful not to leave glass for the kids. Thank you!

EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE (get a 2nd quote before using Heyclear)! I Wish I’d got a second quote before paying the deposit for my bill. I was charged over £940 (which was initially quoted £1140 until I called and challenged it!) to clear a tiny apartment with only 1 small bedroom which took only 2hrs 30mins to clear (this would usually cost SIGNIFICANTLY LESS than Heyclear’s price. I think they took advantage of the fact I was panicking after a death and couldn’t focus properly. They initially quoted me based on 6hrs labour! Luckily, I stayed at the apartment while it was being cleared because I knew it would take nowhere near that long to do the job. The office also took a long time to email me receipts when I paid for the service. The actual removal workers were nice men, but I would not recommend this company to anyone!

Great service from Rich and Adam at Heyclear today. Arrived promptly and got straight to work loading our commercial fridges for disposal. Complete waste transfer notes for audit trail and compliance. A competitive quote for the disposal too, great communication from the office team. Thank you! Will definitely use again and totally recommend.

Little Paul and Jack provided excellent service clearing a garden shed and taking away the contents. Would highly recommend this company.

Small Paul and Young Jack did the flat clearance for our late mother's flat and they were excellent. I went up during the clearance to check everything was OK and they were doing an amazing job. Very careful and respectful of both the items they removed and the flat itself. I would highly recommend!

When our house clearance team let us down, HeyClear came to the rescue, their polite, courteous team went the extra mile to accommodate a very short notice clearance. Lucy kept us informed prior to the day and on the day Brian and James were a credit to the company - taking care with every item, they even took time to explain how most of the house contents would be recycled, upcycled or disposed of.
