Potentially, business front to launder money, scam and con artist as many have explained and voice opinion. They don't care about selling cars. Because they maybe washing money. Not sure Becareful. WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS DROVE HR AND HALF TO LOOK AT A CAR LISTED FOR 8K THE CAR WAS NOT AUTOMATIC TRANS AS ADVERTISED IT WAS MANUAL SO SHOWED ME A SIMILAR ONE FOR 8500 WHEN ASKED WHAT TOTAL COST WOULD BE THEY TOLD ME 13+K ALMOST 5 THOUSAND DOLLARS IN FEES ABSOLUTE CRIMINALS, THEN SALESMAN TRIED BRING OVER MANAGER WHEN I TOLD HIM I WASNT PAYING THAT AND HE BASICALLY SAID IF I DONT BUY FROM THEM I WOULDNT BE ABLE TO FIND A CAR THAT DOESNT HAVE A BAD TITLE AND FEES ARE FOR BLAH BLAH BLAH, WARNING DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF THEY PUT GOOD PRICES ONLINE TO LURE YOU IN IN HOPES YOULL JUST SIGN AWAY YOUR LIFE THEY SHOULD BE OUT BUSINESS AND THIS SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW. Like many on here, I Wish I would have read the reviews before contacting them. The customer service is awful, no seems motivated to help. If you are able to chose what you want they have thousands of $$ dollars in crazy “fees” making the car very high price compared to others in the market. The sales people seem to know this but either can’t do anything about it or just don’t care. BUYER BEWARE!

Super bad customer services. This people don’t ever return phone calls that all. I had been calling for more than a week and left 3 VM and they never contact me back. I would not deal with people like this, they are not professionals that all.

They claim to be no haggle - however they tried to add on over $4k in extras, not including the tax. A $23k vehicle ended up at $29k+! They have this strange, non-optional "extras" including some kind of protectant, cleaning, blah blah blah that HAS to be purchased, they want over $1k to register the vehicle even when transferring a tag. No one is motivated to talk to you, the kids in there couldn't care less if you buy or not as they're on salary and not commission. Ugh horrible experience, did not buy and will not buy with these tactics.

Issue 1- I paid cash for a 2019 Ram 1500. The salesman gave me a proposal and I told him that I did not want their protection plan. He stated that they do not take this off the closing costs. I researched and learned that I could cancel through the protection plan company. So I acquired a cashiers check from my Bank. The amount quoted was $595.56 over the actual closing cost. The "manager" told me I would get a check for the difference the next day. Two weeks later they still had not cut me a check. It took threatening to take them to court to get them to cut a check. Then that check bounced.
In addition I had stated that I did not want the "protection plan" They lied and said that this entailed a special coating interior and exterior and if I stained the interior or something damaged the paint job this "protection plan" would "cover it" . I took the vehicle to two auto body shops. There is no coating on the vehicle. The dealership has refused to give me a policy number a way to file a claim or contact this alleged company. IN short. It appears they charged me for something that they dont actually provide. I will be suing this dealership.

Wish they had an option to rate a negative 5 stars. This place sucks, wasted a day of phone calls to find out that they don’t even have the car they have advertised. It’s not that it sold, they never had it. The call center is comprised of CS agents that love to talk over you and are 100% incompetent. Dodged a bullet here after realizing that they charge $3700 in extra “fees”. I hope they go out of business tomorrow.

Compre un vehículo el cual al 4 día Salió con problemas de sobrecalentamiento de motor, este dealer no se quiso hacer responsable de su negligencia, se tiene que hacer un cambio de motor una vez que estaba en sus talleres y no quieren asumir los costos del mismo siendo que el vehículo se utilizo solo 4 días. Les digo a la gente que va a comprar en este dealer que tengan cuidado ya que te dicen que van a solucionar y finalmente te cargan la responsabilidad a ti como comprador y te dejan con la deuda del carro y además te hacen pagar el arreglo.

Scam company… It was quite a disappointing experience, and I regret not checking reviews in advance. I'd advise others to be cautious, as I later discovered this company has mainly one-star reviews on Trustpilot, which I wish I had known earlier. Before I waisting my time. I called them to inquire about the car's availability, and they confirmed it and scheduled an appointment. I drove 1.5 hours to get there, but upon arrival, they informed me that only one car was available, and that car was in poor condition, quite dirty, and had numerous missing or broken plastic parts.

Before signing the papers I saw that there was almost $3,000.00 added to the price and these where all additional fees. I wanted clarification about these fees and the manager came over and I told him that these fees where too much and that we needed to talk about it. He instantly told me that I would not get there car. No explanation and no discussion possible!

Mind you that these fees don’t have any purpose other than spicing up the bill for HGreg. In my opinion, a company who adds fees just for themselves is not a nice and honest company to do business with. They don’t add value to the car at all and HGreg knows this very well!

Having a good base price doesn’t mean that HGreg can add almost $3,000.00 fees to this price! Don't go there people unless you want to pay extra for HGreg wallet!

If negative 100 was an option...Would be Definity a pick. I purchased a Car in April; wish I had seen these reviews prior. Since then, the car has been a nightmare. Carfax was clean by the way. Back in the shop for the third time! If this place could get shut down for the schemes and cons....i would be the happiest person so noon else can get blindsided.

compre un carro para mi hija hace 1 mes en este lugar lo pague cash y sin embargo el carro lo lleve al Diller de la Nissan para que me miraran el aire acondicionado no servia y cuando miraron todo el carro resulta que tiene todos los cables de las bolsas de aire cortados es decir que mi hija esta manejando un carro sin bolsas de aire cuando fue para ver que me podian hacer me dijeron que nada estas gentes son unos estafadores le aconcejo a todos que no compren carros a estos descarados me dijeron que el carro habia tenido golpes cosmeticos y el carro tuvo un accidente bien grande te dan solo 5 dias al otro dia que compre el carro los llame porque le vimos algunos problemas al carro como un hueco en el piso y nos dijeron que nos iban a llamar y mentira nunca llamaron ni responden llamadas te pasan a un buzon de voz cuando llamas por eso fui a verlos y todos son unos descarados les aconcejo que no compren carros hay para que no tengan la misma mala experiensia que tuvimos nosotros

They sold us a car that was recalled and also has a bad transmission that needs to be replaced. Pure evil. Extremely dangerous to drive a car like this and we have four children under the age of 5. We have to pay around $6000 to have this fixed and the warranty they had us get Ofcourse doesn’t cover it. Another money grab for them and waste of money for us. Car salesmen are sleaziest people on earth. To do something like this to a family is sick. They don’t answer calls or emails they will just send you to a voicemail and never call back and dodge you. So shady in my opinion. Very bad customer service. I WOULD REALLY RESEARCH before buying a car here. If you’re smart you’ll look someplace else.

If there’s a zero I would give it!! Lol all car dealers will go to the deepest parts of HELL

Como me arrepiento no haber leído estos comentarios antes de ir a la tienda del Doral a comprar un challenger RT plus azul , Mecanico para mi hija del cual ella se enamoró y va a pagar casi 30,000 por un carro del año 2016, nuestro error comprarlo de noche salimos como a las 11:00 pm nos fuimos a casa y escuchamos un ruido que parecían ser los lifters, regresamos al día siguiente a la tienda para decirles del ruido que tenia y tenia mal los frenos pero nos dijeron que no había problema que teníamos 5 días de garantía y que hasta podíamos cambiar por otro carro, El carro lo compramos el 4 de julio y Nos dieron una cita con su taller de mecánica para el 17 de julio, donde su inepto mecánico dijo que no sonaba nada, pero si nos arreglaron los frenos, regresamos a la tienda para hablar con el manager principal Ray Rodríguez y nos dijo que trajéramos un diagnóstico de un taller certificado para refutarle a su mecánico, por este servicio me cobraban en la Dogde Kendall más de 1000 dólares y además el Mecanico y otros 2 más que lleve para otras opiniones me dijeron que eran los lifters, por lo que regrese a la tienda y le expliqué todo al manager y el me mando a un taller en Hialeah, en el cual el carro estuvo casi 2 semanas donde me dijeron que eran los lifters y que allí cobrarían 3,800 aproximadamente por repararlo, y esperaban la orden de la tienda, cosa que nunca pasó y que yo tuve que recoger mi carro y volver a quejarme. El manager concluyó en que la tienda no puede gastar ni 2000 dólares en repararlo, que el tiene que cuidar los intereses de la tienda ,que el carro camina y que como lo compre ASis no tengo garantía, podría cambiarlo por otro pero es decir anular todo y volver a solicitar otro crédito y cuando revisamos otros carros sonaban igual o peor que este. Prácticamente el carro estuvo 3 semanas en un taller sin solución alguna, pagando ya 2 cuotas . Ahora estoy iniciando un proceso legal , pero es necesario que todos se enteren de la mala calidad de servicio y falta de compromiso que tiene esa tienda con los clientes .

Don’t ever buy your car from here.. Bunch of Parasites. They are thieves and crooks worse than the ones on the street and I make no apologies for that and I’ll never recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy. Adhol Sadler and Jody sold us a 2021 Toyota Corolla LE for $19000 and we financed it and ended up paying $40000 on this vehicle, never again; we regretted this day but learnt a lot. The car wasn’t even brand new and it even met in an accident before and they said it didn’t. Beware of these people. Don't let them con you like they con me. They screwed us royally. Don’t ever rush to buy your car and don’t go nowhere near this company especially the Miami branch even though they’re all the same.
