Great Experience
My experience was great! The receptionist was friendly and welcoming. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Anthony, my audiologist, was friendly, professional and reassuring. The test was easy and well explained. The results and next steps were explained clearly. I, fortunately, did not need anything further and at no time did I feel that there was a sales pitch coming. Excellent service that I would thoroughly recommend!

I was at your Newtownard's branch for a routine appointment. A lovely lady named Gemma dealt with me in a most professional manner and it was clear that she was very experienced and a credit to Hidden Hearing. Positive First Experience
This was my first experience seeking a hearing assessment / advice and I was a bit apprehensive. The whole visit was incredibly positive. From the moment I walked in the door I was put at ease. Throughout the consultation, Jonathan explained the process and next steps. I felt reassured and under no pressure. Jonathan was happy to answer all my questions.
