Phil and Keith delivered our new Garden furniture earlier today . They called before to advise a more up to date ETA and were really helpful when delivering goods - they took the boxes up to the shed which was really appreciated . V friendly too .

Really lovely men. Kept me up to date when they was arriving. They was so helpful, one offered to help move my old sofa in the garage. They unpackaged my new sofa and made sure the electrics worked before leaving. Friendly and chatty guys!

Andy and James were top guys, delivering a heavy unit directly to the room. Great comms, texted me the night before with a 2 hour window for delivery the following morning. Then arrived exactly when they said they would.

Arriving first thing on a Saturday morning and hauling a bulky piece of furniture up two narrow flights of stairs should've been a nightmare for all involved but Sanju and Judah from Higher Jump made it all quick, painless, and efficient!

I got notice of a delivery window the day before, and they called when they were half an hour from arrival, which really helped me plan and get things ready. Sanju and Judah were polite, punctual, and smart in how they handled what should have been an awkward package. Really great work all round!

Sanju and Judah delivered my v large outdoor Dining Table set and 12 chairs. They were incredibly efficient and polite and helpful. They assembled it v quickly and took away all the packaging. . It was a pleasure !

Higher jump logistics have now delivered 3 separate very large mirrors to me. I’m very impressed by their thoroughness - in their email notifications of estimated delivery days and then confirming the hour time slot the day before. They arrived on time and unwrapped each mirror to check it wasn’t damaged. Highly recommend them.

Just had a delivery of a really heavy cabinet and we live in an upside down house - every delivery team's nightmare job.

Delivery was postponed once without prior warning and we were only told after the delivery window had passed. But on the second delivery attempt, it was done professionally with no issues.
