No issues at all, planning and booking the Marquee was simple and straighforward. The team arrived on site as planned, called an hour before to advise E.T.A and only needed us to point out the location. The team were polite, and professional and the Marquee was fully erected and inspected before they left. Post event was much the same with great communications and site cleared perfectly.

The Highfield event group were brilliant from the moment we contacted them. They dealt with all of our last minute changes enabling us to cope with the weather. The marquee and the wedding looked spectacular.

We had to make many choices in planning our wedding but going with Highfield for our marquee was certainly our best. They were superb from start to finish. The quotation process is a lot to take in but the team made it so easy and were always willing to help and answer our many questions. The end result was far more beautiful than we could have imagined. The marquee was perfect in size and appearance, it was exactly what we wanted. The build was stress-free and they made sure we were happy with everything before we signed off.

A special mention to Ffion, who we also engaged as our wedding coordinator. Having Ffion with us on the day was a huge relief -- she handled the event so well and I truly don't know what we would have done without her. Ffion went above and beyond to ensure it was perfect for us and that we did not have to deal with any stress on the day.

I booked a full service event from Highfields, marquee, floor, dance floor, furniture, internal LX, PA in the marquee & a satellite kit, external LX, gennie, loos & crew & transport.

From the initial brief, Highfields ‘got it’ and were a delight to work with. There’s a great ethos in the company, the extra mile feels like standard & the quality of both the kit & crew on-site is perfect.

Another week, and another Successful Event, thanks to the marquee provision from HEG.

The Highfield team were very efficient and quick in putting up the marquee and also taking it down without any fuss or difficulty.
The marquee was very elegant and was a lovely setting for the birthday lunch

I would 100% recommend Claire and the Highfield Event Group.
They helped us organise a large family party in a marquee in the garden for a 21st, 18th, 15th and 50th’s.
Claire helped and guided us through all the early discussions and planning. She was always available for questions, advice and suggestions.
As the party date drew closer Claire put together an incredibly thorough running list which gave me total confidence that she knew exactly what our expectations were for the evening, and that every eventuality had been considered and covered.
The entire team were charming and efficient, they made us feel that the party was completely under control.
I had expected to feel stressed on the day but Claire and Ffion were around all day and nothing was too much trouble for them. For example, when we ran out of mixers for the cocktails (my fault for miscalculating) at 11pm Claire discreetly disappeared off to Tesco’s to stock up.
As well as being charming and patient I would commend her communication skills, face to face and in emails Claire is incredibly clear, straightforward and thorough. She responded to messages with a few minutes to maximum a few hours.
Using the Highfield Group took all the stress out of organising and hosting the party, it meant that we all could completely relax and have a truly terrific and memorable night.
