Mediterranean Occasion Venue Stylist team from start to finish were truly incredible. From our first meeting, they manage to capture everything we dreamed off and had in our vision and brought it to life but bigger and better. The team setting up on the day were beyond friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much for them, we asked if they could put our light up sign up and they took the stress away by doing this for us and then they placed it so beautifully. Thank you to the whole team for making our wedding day perfect and transforming the venue we are so grateful, it was truly perfecgt.

We wanted an Halloween themed wedding with dark/moody tones. Even if it's probably uncommon, Venuestylist provided a black background and created a very cozy atmosphere with all the lights inside and outside the Mill Barn in Gaynes Park. Excellent job, we are very happy with the results, thank you!

Good planning process, they talked us through all the options in person to help us narrow down our choices.

The process on the day is very slick and easy, you don't see any of the venue setup as it's all done in the small windows while guests are at other parts of the venue.

The team were very friendly and informative. Our wedding was far beyond our expectations and really made the day special. The lighting and Festoon Lights and Hanging Artificial Wisteria were a particular highlight! Thanks for everything.

We couldn't be happier with how beautifully our wedding venue was styled. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was breathtaking. The white blossom trees on our breakfast tables, the blossoms hanging from the ceiling with soft festoon lighting, and the foliage displays created a natural yet elegant theme that tired everything together perfectly.

For our ceremony, the white carpet and floral arch made the space feel so special, and during the evening, the transformation into a party setting was just incredible. The light up dance floor and coloured uplighting gave the room such an uplifting energy and so many of our guests commented on how stunning it all looked. 

Although we didn't interact with the styling team on the day itself, the results spoke for themselves- everything was seamless, thoughtful, and absolutely beautiful. We honestly couldn't fault a thing and are so grateful for how they helped bring our vision to life.

From our first meeting to our wedding day, the team made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. The additional lights we had really made the venue and our day felt extra special because of them. As soon as we booked our venue at Gaynes Park we met with Mediterranean Occasions to organise the decorations. From the initial meeting they understood the vision we wanted for our day and made suggestions which was within our budget which was very important and they were super helpful from start to finish. On the day of our wedding the decorations for our ceremony and reception were just breathtaking and we had so many compliments.

The Venue Stylist team, from first meeting, to the wedding day were wonderful! Their studio was really nice and was great to see many of the options in person. All communication was easy and clear. I chose to hire a number of items, mainly lightening for the barn, including waterfall fairy lights, festoon lights and the white light up dancefloor. Seeing it all come together on the big day, I was so so happy with the results, and how beautiful the venue looked. Their choices of artificial flowers are fab too - they look very realistic! I would highly recommend the Venue Stylist team, it really did look so beautiful, thank you!

Couldn't recommend Mediterranean Occasions more, they transformed out wedding into a gorgeous sight. They took care off everything and made it so stress free. From the flowers to the dancefloor and ceiling drapes. Their accessories are beautiful and staff are so friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend their services for your wedding!

Mediterranean Occasions helped design our wedding day at Gaynes Park and everything went smoothly both in the planning and on the day itself. The venue looked fantastic with the decoration applied and it was exactly how the stylist described to us. There were no issues whatsoever and everything went very smoothly, meaning we were free to enjoy our day and the fantastic venue designed to our taste - we'd happily recommend Mediterranean Occasions for anyone currently in the wedding planning process

The team at Venue Stylist were amazing. We worked with them remotely from Canada to plan our wedding in the UK and Sadie and the team were wonderful. On the day, they went above & beyond to ensure things would work well despite some minor power issues, and the space looked beautiful. Thank you!

Stunning styling for our wedding. The visit to the showroom for a consultation was extremely helpful and the communication throughout the process was clear and quick.

Mediterranean Occasions came recommended as the go to venue stylists for our chosen venue and we were not disappointed.
We dealt directly with Sadie, who was on hand with prompt responses via either email or phone, even helping with a last minute request.
Their suggestions are exactly that just suggestions, you're not pressured into any recommendations so you get the feel that you want for your wedding day. They also have plenty of decorations to choose from.

We had so much fun picking all the design elements for our wedding day. Venue Stylist are so experienced at what they do and it especially shows on the day with how seamlessly everything is set up. They have an incredible range to choose from. Staff were so friendly and helpful (special shout out to Oz and Sadie), booking was simple, they made sure we had all the info we needed confirmed well in advance, everything was set up timely and our venue (Gaynes Park) could not have looked more amazing on our wedding day. Thank you!

The Team were fantastic from start to finish, so helpful and approachable, great communication and very responsive. They did a wonderful job onsite and we had so many wonderful compliments about the venue decor and styling. Really lovely team who always want to help you and offer advice when needed. The changeover when the dance floor is added is so seamless and we loved the disco ball!
Would be great if they also have a catalogue to see all the items available.
Would highly recommended!

Myself and my husband was absolutely blown away by the beautiful set up MO had put together for our big day. Their hard work and dedication is next to none and no job is too big or small.
