We were extremely happy with VIP, they handled our venue, food and decor. Kay got to know us really well and made all our visions come to life! He answered any questions we had and invited us for in person meetings/venue viewings whenever needed for reassurance. Thank you for making our wedding day magical and memorable for us and all our guests!

Everything in our wedding came out exactly how we envisioned it and we couldn't be more grateful for the management for making our vision become a reality alhamdulillah

VIP Events Management - three words to describe their service: Perfection, Honesty & Multifaceted.

I recently got married - specifically on the 18th of April, and had VIP Events Management decorate for two events, my henna night and wedding day.
I had communicated with both Kay & Hakim who helped to put together my wedding stage - the Mughal design with autumnal themed flowers. Absolutely stunning & tied in perfectly with my Regal/ Mughal theme.
After visiting their showroom and discussing options with Kay, I immediately asked Kay to book me in for my henna night, and started discussing options. As a person with not much creative calibre, I communicated my vision with the team, who were able to put together the most stunning stage I’ve seen. It tied into my Arabian night but also with my overarching Mughal regal theme. My guests communicated that they had never seen a stage as beautiful and bold, and I couldn’t agree anymore. Both my stages were ‘Perfection’.

Now with regards to communication - I’ve heard many horror stories however the opposite was true with these guys. Kay and Hakim are by far the easiest people to communicate with, in terms of their availability when trying to book with them, when needing to make any changes or discuss decor, and in providing fantastic ideas (again, myself lacking any creative calibre meant they were super ‘honest’ with me), and only gave me the best for my events. They also kept me updated with any new stages or themes that came in - they well know how picky brides can be and how we like to stay on top of the social media trends - hence ‘honest’!

‘Multifaceted’ - I use this word a lot at work, but the nature of being in such a saturated market means stages start to look the same - not here, not with VIP. They have such a beautiful variety of stages, the difference in my Henna Night and Wedding Stage says it all. The possibilities are endless with these guys.

I cannot recommend them anymore than I am - they made the process of getting married SO easy, stress free in this department and super lighthearted! May you be blessed with so much success in your work! Ameen.

Exceptional service provided by VIP as expected. Decor was top notch meeting our expectations. Received positive feedback from the guests. Also, shoutout to Kay for organising a last min house decor 2 days before my wedding when in desperate search for a house decor. Kay from VIP went over and beyond to ensure everything went well for me according to my requirements

We used VIP event management for my wedding in Aug 2024, and for my cousin’s wedding in March 2026. Both experiences were fantastic; great communication, full of ideas and options and execution was on point. We used two different decor setups/themes, they were entirely different but both were fantastic. Will be using again in future.

The wedding was absolutely beautiful and perfectly managed. The décor was stunning, creating a magical atmosphere, and the food was exceptional. Everything ran smoothly, reflecting great attention to detail and professionalism. A truly memorable and well-organised celebration.

I attended a wedding on the 29th March which was planned by VIP Event Management. The event was very well orchestrated in terms of timing, organisation, creating a welcoming ambience, smooth running and delish food! Would highly recommend them!

Had my wedding February this year and I couldn’t recommend VIP event managements enough! I showed them the vision I had and they delivered beyond expectations! We truly loved working with VIP Event Management. From our first conversation to final setup, they were thoughtful, attentive and genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. The decor was beautifully executed and added such a special atmosphere to our day. We felt completely looked after throughout the process and couldn't recommend them more highly.

Kay delivered more than what he said. My wedding venue looked like a fairy-tale dream❤️🥹 I wanted the glossy walkway but that was not included in our package but Kay gave us that walkaway without charging us extra. We had the best best best day and every guest loved the decor. Thanks Kay ❤️

We have used VIP Event Management for a number of family events including most recently my cousins nikkah and sisters mendhi. Both times we received amazing service, from understanding our brief to communicating throughout and executing stunning and top quality decor. We have been blown away by the effort that they put into their finishing work and we will definitely be using them again in the near future!

Vip event management helped us during our Holud event. They decorated the stage which was amazing. Shabnum also provided us the 'Gol Gappa station' and 'Tea station' - both were beautifully decorated!
They also provided us with the dance floor and dry hire.
We are very pleased with their service.

We booked VIP Event Management for our Nikkah and Walima. The service was incredible, they listened attentively to our vision made brought it to life. We were apprehensive about the space we had at our venue but the team reassured us that we could make it work and they exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend booking them for your wedding decor.
