I am 74 years of age and had just about decided that the old days were gone for good. I am surprised to hear me say that the old values, 'courtesy, caring and honesty' still exist and the people at Pilot are willing and able to apply them. My sincere gratitude to them.

Having to find the same service elsewhere
It was great while it lasted & everything 'was' going so well, so I don't want to leave a negative review or give a bad star review because of something so minor.
But my recent experience with a delivery charge & the lack of customer service when inquiring about it has made me look else where for this service & the products I need.

Hi Ryan,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the treatment has been working well for you overall, and we appreciate you sharing your experience.
In terms of the reduced effectiveness when alcohol is involved, it is best to discuss this with our Medical Support team. If you’d like to discuss this further or explore whether a different option such as the “yellow pill” may be suitable for you, we’d be happy to help.
We are unable to locate your account through this review alone, but we would really appreciate the chance to assist you properly. Could you please email us at gday@pilot.com.au with the subject line “TrustPilot – Escalations Team” so our team can follow up with you directly?
