Waaaay too expensive
Waaaay too expensive, the jacked the price up again over $60. You can go to another smaller provider for about 1/3 of the price. They would also often process my script way too early and charge me way too soon. This isn’t built to help people it’s founded on marketing and built for profit.

Hims Sucks, Pilot was better.
Hims recently Aquired Pilot, you will notice that majority of the 5 star reviews are for Pilot, not Hims. Hims immediately raised my medication costs by at least 30 dollars or more, and tried to claim some bullshit about finding innovation and company expansion. Majority of their customer service is AI bots and the medication hasn’t changed at all.
Hims CEO took home a salary of 20+ million last year. I would move to Mosh, it’s not quite as user friendly, but the product prices are much more fair.

I paid for a weight loss treatment schedule and now they are refusing to send me what they said they would. I strongly recommend avoiding Hims.

The consult call was timely but...
The consult call was scheduled quickly which was great, but the male nurse didn't seem educated enough when asked about dosages of the item and didn't really come across friendly. Also as many others have mentioned, they don't provide customization to the strength of the product. So if you are looking to enhance or decrease the strength, they tell you it can't be done at all.
Lastly, I have to receive an email reply and refund as promised over the phone.
