It was a great company but now they refuse to ship to a major city in the NT. Palmerston is the biggest city in the NT but they will no longer post there????
Im done with them after 5 years, think you would get some loyalty but nothing.
Just go to your Dr as it will be cheaper and easier.
Whatever has happened at pilot, change of owners??it will lose them a lot of customers.

So, what made my experience great was the level of support I received when I received an e-mail from Pilot drawing my attention to the fact that my most recent order was going to be shipped to the incorrect address. The response was very swift and within minutes the problem had been resolved. Fantastic response and the best possible outcome. Well done team Pilot.

Many years of great experience with Pilot
Over the many years I have been with Pilot I have found they are available when any queries arise. They reply quickly. They are clinically ethical , ie they require updated information from me before I renew my prescription. They are happy to explain why some prescription strengths cannot be arbitrarily increased as there is not only there is non added benefit but side effects may ensue. My products have shown gteat results and will ensure I continue with Pilot for the forseeable future...
